We were here for lunch today and ordered an Impossible Whopper. The burger was cold, the cheese wasn’t melted, the onion rings were hard, and the fries were soggy and soaked in grease. The only thing that was okay was the Sprite. I spent $15, and the only compensation offered was a $5 coupon... not even enough for the Whopper. This was disappointing, and I hope Burger King improves both the food and service so future visits aren’t this frustrating

Earlier today I went through the drive-through with my 2 kids and a man put me on hold for about 5 minutes, so I decided I was going to go inside and eat in there with my children instead. I then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes while I watched a grown man argue with a teenage girl, when I finally got my food it was cold.

Watched front end girl pick pimples on her forehead while bagging food. Then she attempted to pick up a fry to eat, looked at me and dropped it back in for next order. Yum, not! Never eat here weekend night

Grabbed lunch thought one of the kids played a prank. Turns out they let us buy whopper meals when they only had whopper jr buns. Stood there and knew they didnt have buns and didnt tell us anything when buying.
