Today at your establishment, I experienced a blatant disregard for customer service by the face/representative of your company at the guard shack. The attitude is that of someone who hate their job and the people that they serve. A loud, disrespectful, vulgar tone of profanity accompanied by a blank demeanor, all while not missing a beat of dipping sauce for a chicken nugget. This service is that of a company and employees who can careless about anything outside themselves. Like the old adage quote. "Another one bites the dust".

Ok pick up number starts with 7000. Make sure you have it. Showed up 10 minutes before appoin t ment got a door right away. In and out 1 hour. Use truck gate on qay out and dont block traffic you will see the ugly sside of nice. Guard shack great job, shipping great job bathrooms clean. Have a good day drivers (fartnogger out)

They do not go by appts and they don’t go by FCFS. Very unprofessional after sitting in dock door B39 for 4 hrs I ask for an update on how long was it going to be and he replied I just handed ur paperwork out. so I ask again can I have a eta an he acted like he didn’t understand the question.
They don’t know how to load reefer . Got me overweight on drive axels for 500lb . Also their scale way of working is outrages . I had to leave the property 3 times and make illegal u-turns just to do rescaling .

My appointment was at 10:00 AM, let dispatch know that I was gonna arrive there until about 13:00 and they didn't have an issue with that. When I got there, staff was respectful and well mannered. Got in and out of there in about under 2 hours. Even though they had plenty of trucks getting loaded. Also, thank you for supplying a bathroom and a lounge for us to use. Shouldn't say this, but this is highly appreciated.

Security guards were cool, they will give you the door right away but they’re not going to load or unload for you until your appointment time

This place is sorry wouldn't even give them 1 star this places is so slow at loading it says show up 30 minutes before and they don't play around with that and your gonna sit at a door for 5 hours before the start loading u this place is the worst steer clear

Good people to check in, fast loading, no overnight parking the PU# seems to me to start with 70.... two lanes or bars are mandatory, you can stop at the sheets which is at exit 45 is free parking
