The employees at this taco bell are the best! My order is always correct, they handle dinner rushes like pros, always super friendly, and food is always fantastic! This location is a little farther from me than another one, but we choose to come here. Keep up the great woork

We were in Kutztown for a wedding, and on the way home we stopped at the first Taco Bell we passed, not expecting anything out of the ordinary. This may have been the best Taco Bell I've had in years. Everything was hot, fresh, crispy, and well portioned. Even the fountain beverages had the right levels of syrup and carbonation and everything.
I will say that prices were a hair higher than I'm used to in NEPA but not sure if that's just the area or the owner. Regardless, for quality like this I would gladly pay 80 cents more for chicken than I do elsewhere. If I'm back in the area I'll definitely stop here again.

Tables need to be cleaned more often. I always have to clean the tables first. Also, when I order on the app, I put it to dine in there. Ans they always make my food, see me standing there and they don't ever call my name. And they see me waiting there.

Best location around! Newly renovated (2024) and well maintained location. The staff are thorough and courteous, with attention to detail with the orders. This is rare in the fast food industry. The store is clean, including the bathrooms. Plenty of parking. The food is prepared quickly and accurately, offering the best Taco Bell experience I believe I’ve ever seen. The double drive-thru lanes make ordering quick and easy. They even offer outdoor seating. Definitely a great experience and highly recommended.
