“I wish it was more fresh with some pulp and froth from freshly pressing. I like the beet but they add a lot of sweet juices. Fresh pressed cafe used to do a “vampire” that was fresh. Doing it ahead of time, and straining, and in small plastic containers, for weeks maybe not as effective.“
