Service and food were intolerable. Was greeted with “what do you want?” And the food was inedible and had obviously been sitting around for a very long time before it got to me, I had to throw it away.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Went here and ordered for two people, they had us pull up and wait. We waited over 15 minutes and when we got our food the fries and the nuggets were cold and rubbery. I turned around and went back to exchange the food and the staff yelled at me stating that there was no way it was cold, that they were not going to remake it, I told them to try it for themselves and they kept arguing that it was my fault and that the food was fine. One staff member was being polite and arguing with them to shut up and telling me that they bagged the fires and nuggets before the rest of the rest of the order was completed 15 minutes later so naturally they were cold. I will never patronize this restaurant again! Wasted 20 plus minutes in line, ordering, waiting and then to get yelled at by young kids because I wanted warm food is ridiculous! Then had to drive someplace else to actually get food. Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant in my life.

Don’t come here unless you want to be skipped twice in the drive thru by some lady on drugs working the drive thru. Idc if it’s offensive cause it’s the truth, do better. She was older with dark black hair. Nodding out and could barely talk 7:23 am 12/4

...it just seems no matter what location, drive thru staff have difficulty getting order correct... it seems they do best when you order a NUMBERED meal,, and don't vary from the established norms...😥

Me and my friends decided to eat at McDonald's after the Brentwood Christmas festival. When we arrived, it was very busy with a lot of people from the same event. I ordered from the kiosk, entered my table number, and grabbed one of the table signs they usually have on the side. Then, I went to sit down and wait for my food. They usually bring eat-in orders to the table.

I didn’t realize my order had been called out because I was with my friends, it was loud, and we were sitting a bit farther away. I had no idea that orders were being announced at the counter. One of the workers got upset with me for not hearing it and said something along the lines of, "You need to listen when your food is called out; otherwise, don’t complain when it’s not there," in the nastiest tone.

I tried to explain politely that they usually bring orders to the table, especially for dine-in customers, but she wasn’t considerate at all and got even more upset. As someone who has previously worked at McDonald’s, even on the busiest days, I never took anything out on customers. It’s part of the job to be understanding and patient—not to give customers a snarky, nasty attitude.

Whoever that worker was needs to learn to be more understanding. Customers are there to eat, and there was no reason to speak to me that way. It could have been handled so much kinder. This experience explains a lot about why the reviews are so low. It’s very unprofessional, and they don’t make you feel welcome or even smile at you.

Despite all of this negativity, the food was warm, but my mood was completely ruined.

30 minutes for order. Bun hard as a rock. Out of quarter pounders so couldn't remake. Kids burger was missing cheese. Also missing straws. Go to another location.

I don't understand why people give one star reviews when they find a hair in their food. I would hate if it happened to me because that's just nasty. But they don't place the hair in your food on purpose. It happens even if they wear hair nets. Humans grow hair...and sometimes it falls out. Get over it.

My mom and I got McDonald’s at 5:30 ish on November 14th. We order two Big Mac meals, only to get home and find a big black hair in my burger I wish I took a picture but it made me sick to my stomach. Thinking of having someone else hair IN MY FOOD!!!

Gone down hill this McDonald’s is a joke they act like its a hangout not a job( 4 out of 5 times the food is burnt or just wrong in general.

The lights are all on and the google hours say it closes at 11pm but the worker at the drive through says at 10:48pm that they decided to close a little early. We were hungry and disappointed, thus the review. Who knows maybe they had something going on in their life important enough to close early. We did not starve

I think my burgers were made at least a day before they were served. Fries were soggy from grease...this place has been bad in past and it still is
