This is the worst McDonald's I've been to in my whole life, first when I went this worker forgot our slushy that we ordered so we asked where's are slushy and she didn't believe us and me and my friends were trying to let her know we ordered another one but she just gave use a small and slammed in the counter. Today I went and 5 of my friends ordered and my friend and I came and this big overweight black fat lady was getting mad at them because they didn't know how to use the tablet to order, and was talking about them with bad words on purpose. That's not only it when me and my friend came we sat down I brought over a chair and she started yelling and saying I can't grab a chair then she tried kicking me out and my friend because we didn't order and made me cry. So if you ever go in McDonalds be ware of big fat lady's yelling at you!

An overweight black lady works and takes orders by cursing people. The order is delivered. I want this person to be noticed by the authorities as soon as possible. Because of bad treatment we have problems with our own money. We go to eat, but we cannot even eat our food because we are experiencing such bad situations, there is no need for it to ruin our day. I have ordered multiple times from this McDonalds in the last month. For whatever reason, they can not get the most basic orders correct. This morning I got two sausage biscuits with cheese for me and my son. Got home to eat it and one of them was bacon. This is every time I go to this McDonalds. At this point I will just go to Burger King instead! It's a running joke around town how bad this place is and how it never improves. I guess that's what happens when people don't care about their jobs.
When you go to a McDonalds, you know what you're getting. You're getting a burger and fries put through an assembly line, a happy meal that is, somehow, ridiculously addicting to children, and you're getting it fast. However, at this particular McDonalds "fast" is not a word that they understand. While I was one of two customers in the "restaurant" it took 27 minutes For 6 nuggets and 16 fries all while several employees stood around, talked, and scrolled on their phones. Anymore, I don't expect much when I walk into a McDonalds but this was even worse than my lowest expectations. I will go to Chic-Fil-A from now on where they actually seem to care whether or not you have a decent experience.

The Cahier, a minor, as I was painfully made aware of multiple times was unbelievably rude from the moment they ripped my 20 dollar bill out of my hand making almost drop the change to the moment I pulled away. They handed back incorrect change. So I look at them and said "I believe you have me incorrect change. I handed you a 20" they looked at me like they didn't believe me so I added. " I will gladly make you count your whole drawer. They then stared at me blank faced slammed the drive through window and went to get their manager that I am guessing she said I was yelling at them, I wasn't, or the other manager in the office behind her would have came over or said something, and the kitchen would have been talking, I assure you.When the manager came up I told her what happened and she said l, "you aren't going to talk to her like that she's a minor" and i said "excuse me, all I did was tell her if she didn't give me correct change I was going to make her count her drawer. I gave her 20.26 and she gave me 7 back. She owes me 10." And again like I had cussed this kid out says I'm not going to talk to her like that she is a minor." So I said whatever took my correct change and got my food. Went home and called the manager, explained the first part of the interaction. She tells me the girls has already been written up for her attitude can't work in. The kitchen because she is too young and again repaets the "she is a minor and only 14 and you should not talk to her like that" so I told her that maybe the kid should grow up before she gets a job and she hung up on me.I know this job is trying, and I'm sorry that obviously from the reviews this girl and her manager have had a rough what, 4 months now? But I rocked that window and every other position at the McDonald's in St. Albans, WV for 3 years at 15, and it helped me immensely, but I had an attitude of success going into my first job. I love McDonald's and I still work in the Retail scape, so no this girl this manager and this store have some big problems and it isn't helping when you belittle the customers for your poor attitude.
If there was a competition for worst McDonalds in America, this location would be a top contender. It’s perpetually awful and the franchise owners somehow give less than zero F’s and won’t do a single thing about it. Honestly, awful. It’s fast food and mistakes happen, but here they happen somewhere between 95-98% of the time. Stopped in tonight to grab a couple large fries, and for like at least the fourth time in a row they fill the fry container less than half full. It’s maddening in any instance, but on top of that tonight they were shockingly under cooked, puddles of oil formed under them on the counter the two minutes they sat there while we grabbed the rest of our meal together and they were stone cold. For perspective we live about 400 yards from this location. On top of that we sat waiting at the drive through almost ten minutes, and then they tried to give us someone else’s order. Funny thing is, in scale of screw ups here this is on the lighter side, usually it’s worse. It would be awesome if corporate would review this franchise owner, but till then avoid this dumpster fire.

At a kiosk I ordered my usual meal a medium deluxe QP with Root beer. The kiosk didn't print my receipt. After finally getting the attention of a worker I asked her for a receipt. She said one would be with my bag. That was a lie. So i ask again and I was told with a bit of attitude from 2 female employees that there was no way to get me a receipt because I ordered at the kiosk I told her that that's not true. She went to get the superior in charge, a very tall stoned out of his gord , black man. He told me the same thing when he finally comprehended what I was asking for (the reciept) I said how about you refund the order and let me reorder the food without having to remake the food (I intended on keeping the food that was already prepared for me) now this guy got attitude and said word for "Thats to much who gonna do that?" I replied "me and anyone else that has to verify their purchases". I repeated that I didn't want the food remade to simply get me a reciept. He started a refund and printed out a refund ticket and he asked if that would work. I was so annoyed at how long it took to get the food in an empty resturaunt and how dumb and high some of the employees were and not to mention that 2 of the females were in their pajamas working, that I just accepted it knowing that it wasn't going to work on my end cause it clearly says "REFUND" on the slip. Hello duhhh. I get in my car and take a bite of my burger and it was good. I reached my hand into the bag to get a mouth full of them golden fries and they were as cold and dead as they could be. I would have gone back in any other time but I was not about to be a part of the next viral video getting beat up by wanna be thugs. I entered the workforce in 1994 at a Mcdonalds in Olean , NY as a teen. Tell ya what This wouldnt fly at that McDonalds. I stop in everytime I'm in Olean. This visit to The Brentwood, PA McDonalds was frustrating, low quality all around very dissapointing waste of time and money. Avoid this McDonalds.
