Meh. I've had a lot of much better hamburgers. The cashier guy (middle aged, VERY grumpy man - I have a feeling he might be the owner) seemed to have completely given up on life. I lost my appetite when I had this guy barking at me, when trying to take a simple order.

Seems like Rowdys BBQ has been around forever and has good reason because it's without doubt some of the best BBQ in Western PA. If you haven't eaten there you should as it's a hometown favorite. The food is simply amazing from the pulled pork to the ribs. There is something for everyone, burgers, cheese-steak, wings, fries, onion rings, etc ... the variety goes on-n-on. There is something for everyone. The employees are friendly and fast, the prices are more than reasonable. I've been a paying customer for well over a decade and you should too ... in a nutshell, if you snooze, you lose.

I have been wanting to go to this place since it opened & just never had a chance to go. The beef brisket sandwich I got was so worth the wait & did not disappoint! However, the sides could have used some help. The baked beans were so hot my mouth was on fire! The potato salad was pretty good & the Mac n cheese was just ok.

Really good BBQ for reasonable prices. We got the BBQ platter which came with 1/2 a rack of ribs and 1/2 a chicken and two sides. The smoke flavor was really good on the ribs and chicken and the meat was well seasoned. We got fries and coleslaw for our sides and they both were good. We got a massive amount of fries. We also got a brisket sandwich and the brisket was great like the ribs and chicken. I’ll definitely be back to try some of the other food like the pulled pork and cheesesteaks.

Long time fan of this place. The Chicken Bacon Ranch is one of my favorite sandwiches. Also, the drinks are huge. At least......they USED to be. The portions have gotten smaller. The drink is in a smaller cup. And the prices have gone up. He portions used to be PACKED into the bix and squeezed in to fit. Now there is room to fit a lot more sub. Won't be going back. Feels like price gouging at this point. Used to feed me for 2 meals. Now I'm still hungry after eating my sandwich.

I've been here twice and what drew me to pull in was the chicken and gumbo on their street sign. Now, there's not a lot of gumbo offerings in Pittsburgh as far as I'm aware, and I'd say I'm far from the best judge of Cajun cuisine. However, the price and the spice were right, and there was virtually no wait for my takeout. I'd like to explore more of their menu but am glad there's a small business I can support that hits the taste buds quickly, cheaply, and most importantly, deliciously.

I love Rowdy’s. It’s become a staple point of our community. The smell alone can be nostalgic and very homecoming. I know nearly all that work there and there day to day going into work. They all love working there and seeing their regulars. If you’re not from around here and want a good food stop, then look no further.
