Well today will be the last time I go to this Subway. Every single time I order double meat it never happens even though I pay for it. This was the 3rd time ordered meatball double meat.. clearly not 1 extra meatball nevermind double. So they think I'm fat and stupid? I'm just fat and hungry.

I have been familiar with this location my entire life as my family would occasionally get food from here but needless to say I will never be returning to this location ever again. I went there on 10/15/2024 simply to just get something for dinner and I don’t think I’ve ever had customer service as unpleasant as this was in my entire life from any restaurant. The employee running the orders, an older man, was rude and unprofessional. Due to the obnoxious and distracting background noises (possibly from a couple of the machines) and still trying to figure out what I wanted from the menu, I couldn’t hear or understand half of what he was saying, and as I was letting him know I couldn’t hear him clearly, he gave me a condescending attitude throughout the entire interaction. He also accused me of purposely ignoring him which obviously wasn’t the case. Him and I then stared each other and at that point I was so disgusted with his interaction towards me I decided to leave. I didn’t even get a chance to order food. Before I left the parking lot, I was going to go back in and let the guy know how I felt about his treatment towards me. The lady from the back came outside and asked if everything was okay. I told her about the situation I experienced, told her it wasn’t her fault but said I’ll never come back. She was very nice, apologized sincerely and offered to have my food ordered, which I declined. Right as I was walking towards my car, the same guy giving me attitude inside came out and tried to confront me after witnessing me talking to the lady. I confronted him and told him about his horrible customer service and as I drove away, I told him off one more time.

To the employee that gave me attitude… shame on you! You truly lack basic empathy and customer service skills! It’s probably why pretty much nobody comes to this location! I hope you take some time out of your day to reflect on your condescending interactions with customers if you have done so to others in the past.

Terrible customer service I came in with 2 coupons and went to checkout and the guy said you can only use 1 at a time I asked if he was the manager he said no the other guy was who made the food I said you can’t make an exception I’ll walk out and come back in if I can only use 1 at a time totally unacceptable so I had a bad experience with this same location 15 years ago and just came back to this place 2 strike won’t ever be a customer again which I told them and their response was they didn’t care WOW NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE WONT EVER GET A SALE FROM ME AGAIN

the employee robert was incredibly rude. me and a friend walked in after walking several miles to get some food, and while sitting before ordering for just a few minutes, robert proceeded to try to kick us out because we were not ordering. we had been sitting MAX 5 minutes. so incredibly disrespectful and I will not be back.

Bread was burnt and hard mind you I DIDNT have it toasted . The drink station was empty beside pop a looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.!!! Also when did they stop letting you see the food ?? The silver cover is up … makes me wander with there hiding

Didn't get the opportunity to even order food. The actions and attitude of the employee was beyond disrespectful. Some of us should understand the way you treat and speak to women in your home is complicated different than how you treat women in a business venue. Customer Service training should be a mandatory requirement for employees of that restaurant!!!

Condition of tables and windows suggests very extended period (days/weeks) without attention to cleaning these surfaces - extremely unappetizing. Extensive visible frost in multiple vegetable containers - improper maintenance of unit, and I suspect a misguided attempt to manipulate shelf life. I’ve noticed that the meat side is no longer displayed at Subways generally, a terrible idea made even more suspicious by what *is* visible at this location. Chunky onion ends displayed, luckily the employee knew to only give nice pieces but a troubling lack of attention to prep. On other occasions I have been served the chunks and/or had vegetables that lost texture due to the freezing temperatures on the line. I always ask for my bread toasted here to try to correct the frequent overproofing/underbaking, but “toast bread first” often means it gets very hard, which suggests to me it may be old. I also noted very full bread cabinets at 3PM, wildly out of proportion to the apparent volume of the location, so I’m questioning how often they bake. Employee was nice but the food/cleanliness issues strongly suggest that the franchisee needs more training and that the corporate inspection process has gone off the rails.

Website states store closes at 9:30, sign on door states store closes at 9:30, but when we pulled up to order at 8:44 the employee saw us pull up and came over and locked the door and ignored us. We drove out of our way to pick up dinner here, I will not return.

Terrible went there for a sub and meat was old I could tell and meat mixed with lettuce it was a mess once I left the guy took apart my sandwich that he made including veg and put it all back I have video to prove but it won’t let me upload it here I’m sure this is a privately owned subway like the Burger King on ss deal ?
