Ordered delivery and sadly this was the worst I have ever had I think. Completely flavorless. Nothing actually tasted good which is crazy.

I don't know what this place is trying to do, but the sauce is atrocious. It's a tomato syrup they slather both on top and bottom to hide what little cheese they give you. Why is it so sweet? Who wants this?

I went in today to order a pizza for work and experience a pizza maker, scratching his haiir and there was no way I was getting a pizza on this day ..So I then turn around a left out of that place it’s a shame that such a good Pizza place can Ruined by unsanitary worker.. In my opinion they need to be taking a 40 hour food service course

I've been going to Franzones for many years Even before they were Franzones and were DeJohns .I ordered the DeJohns Steak special and to be Honest I haven't had one since I was a Kid When it was DeJohns Steak Shop probably around 1959 . I just want to say When I bit into that sandwich It was like I was a kid again and Brought back many memories Thanks Sam for the great memories and an Excellent DeJohns Special Jim Catania

Franzone's Pizzeria is a family restaurant through and through. The fish and chips were nice, light, and crispy. The Open White Pizza comes highly recommended.
I used to live near here and Franzone's was always unquestionably THE best pizza around. More of that to follow in this disappointing review.I moved to another state some time ago. Every time I, or a family member is in the area, at least one pizza is coming back with somebody. Last Saturday a friend and I travelled to Ikea in Conshohocken and afterwards I was on the phone with a clear simple order of 2 large pepperoni pizzas. I couldn't wait to have this pizza as the sauce is distinct and amazing. We arrived and were greeted promptly. So far so good. We paid for our pizzas and in a couple minutes we were informed our orders were up and fresh out of the oven. I informed the counter person this pizza was going for a ride out of state and we were really eager to dig in once we arrived home. After being tortured by the wonderful smell of the pizza for nearly an hour we were home. I ripped into the box as quickly as I could only to discover I had been given a plain cheese pizza. I immediately texted my friend to inform him I had a cheese pizza. He stopped and checked his only to discover he too had a cheese pizza. It was about 15 minutes before closing time and surprise, I reached voicemail. I left a message with my phone number informing them about the error and requested a callback. It's a week later and nothing. I'm assuming they figure I'm just some out of state guy they'll never see or hear from again. Wrong. Admittedly I and my friend could have avoided this mistake by checking the pizzas before leaving the restaurant. That doesn't excuse the error and the lack of at least calling me back with some kind of apology. So to sum this long story up, great pizza, lousy customer service. If you order take out make sure you check it before you leave as it's apparently too difficult to keep track of a 2 pizza order on a slow night when no one else is in the restaurant.

I was introduced to Franzone’s about 35 years ago when I lived in Philly. Unfortunately I no longer live near a Franzones as I live in Harrisburg. The pizza at Franzones is just the best and even 35 years later I still try to swing by and get some whenever I get in the area. I get to pick some up in a few days and I’m so excited!!
