Staff is so incredibly nice. Can't beat the atmosphere, it's much more of an experience to go to frosty falls than anywhere else! (Especially around Spooky season when it's haunted falls!??) Menu is huge, portions are huge! Perfect for a date or a special little surprise trip with the kids.

Laura and team made a beautiful custom ice cream cake for my husband's summer birthday that was lightyears better than any of the prepackaged store-bought ice cream cakes. She was so easy to work with & the menu is reasonably priced. The cake was delicious and had all our guests asking where it was from so they could visit the shop. Would highly recommend Frosty Falls for a cake for a special occasion or for a sweet treat!

Frosty Falls is amazing, Laura-the owner is amazing. She keeps vegan options in stock and actively thinks about and advertises dairy free and vegan options.
Everyone who works there has been lovely and I will keep coming back year after year.
My favorites are the vegan chocolate scoops or a vegan milkshake with Oreo pieces!
