This is the second time I ordered on their website with a confirmed time for pickup and have had to wait as if they didn’t start making it until I arrived.

Pickup time between 6:45-6:58 and I walked out with my food at 7:20. There were at least 5 other people that came for pickup in that time and non of them waited more than a minute. I arrived at 6:45 so I waited for 35 minutes.

I only received a sorry. It’s unacceptable.

I won’t be driving 15 minutes for their pizza anymore after this service. My experience ordering online has been horrific. Maybe calling is better?

Vodka sauce pizza is a solid 9/10.

This is a little thicker of a pizza. Coming from Jersey for a tournament for us this wasn’t real pizza like we are used to. Delivery was great though! No gluten free or cauliflower pizza.

I always order from here ALWAYS . I always tip there drives nicely I called 920pm was on hold for 10 min I called from a different line a women answers I wanted to place a delivery she said we can’t why bc half hour to close hmmm I always order from you and you can’t take care of your loyal customer?! It’s ok no worries …..

We live Nonna Rosa’s delicious good. They are always so kind and. Sweet to our daughter when we pick them up. My husband loves their chicken parm.

I owe Nonna Rosa in Bridgeport a stellar review after the dozens of times my family has ordered their food for both pick-up and delivery, it is our go-to for takeout. Their food is fantastic, a step up from any other regular pizza joint. The menu is expansive, leaving you with tons of options depending on what you are in the mood for. In addition, we have only had one instance where we didn’t receive our complete order, and given the fact we have ordered from them dozens (and I mean dozens) of times, that is impressive. The food is always good, the staff is always polite, would recommend
