Worst Arby's ever frires where dried up and stale some beef on the sandwiches was dried up. Obvious the employees didn't give a crap. Nothing was fresh.

I ordered a beef and cheddar meal with curly fries in the drive-through. I get home to get a plain roast beef sandwich and crinkle cut fries then I try to call them. They don’t answer their phone very disappointing!

Horrible experience. I watched one of the workers eat something while preparing my order. Will not visit this location again.

Tried to use a coupon and wasn’t aware we had to tell them at the speaker to be able to use it. The lady, Ruth, who says she’s the manager, didn’t inform us at all and just took the coupon without saying anything. We called back and she had an attitude and was very rude.

I went in to get a meal and was very disappointed.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. The crispy chicken was very dark and tough and small, and the fries were cold.

It was definitely not a $12 meal.

I recommend avoiding this location.

So I got the loaded crinkle fries, which were delicious. But then my beef and cheddar had no cheddar. There was not a utensil to eat the loaded fries. And no straw for my drink. Maybe I missed it and I was supposed to get my own. Just let me know that next time. Whoever greeted me and gave me my food was super friendly, maybe she just forgot to mention it.

It's a wonder this place isn't out of business..how do you get my order wrong after THREE remales. Ordered a turkey bacon ranch wrap thru door dash. Get a sandwich. Tell manager Christina and she gives me a remake and a "make it right" card...come back for the remake and get a turkey bacon ranch wrap with spicy mustard...not even on the menu...come back A THIRD TIME and ask for the same thing and get a turkey bacon ranch with no onions only to get onions. This location has a bunch of crack heads and junkies for employees...take your businesses elsewhere I thought third time was a charm but this was just a regret. Never ordering from here again.

The employees are very nice even though they aren't short staffed. Not only is the food good, but they are also accurate with my order.

I honestly don't know where to begin with this one.First off I want to say that two of the employees were sitting in a car in the parking lot smoking. We backed in literally right by the entrance door.A young woman that we did see outside was already behind the counter near the register."THAT QUICK"????? I am willing to bet, they did not wash their hands within that 15 seconds it took if that...Well our order was rather quick except for the milkshakes.Three milkshakes took 25 minutes to get.Still not sure why ?My curly fries were coldMy three classic roast beef sandwiches were coldMy children's chicken tenders and sliders seem to be fineMy son's milkshake he said, it tasted like coffeeHe couldn't even finish itMine was pretty much melted and as cold as my 3 classic roast beef sandwiches. So I'm trying to figure out why I took 25 minutes to get three milkshakes !The place was filthy. The inside dining area looks like it sustained water damage from the ceiling a couple of times in different places. They never bothered to change the ceiling tiles. The one window where we were dining, look like they took expansion foam and just squirted some in a crack and then let it dry and cut it.The building has poor maintenance, and needs to be seriously updated. The dining area was completely filthy the tables had food debris all over the place and on the floor. There was a woman that cleaned the bathrooms, my son went to use the bathroom and he said it was very slippery.I thought nothing of it just assuming that the woman cleaned and told him to be careful the floors are probably wet.A little while later I went to use the bathroom the floors we're not wet. What I noticed is how slippery the floors were when they were dry.I've done restaurant work before when I was a much younger man. This is a common mistake.Someone had the mop bucket that they used in the kitchen, and that mop has grease on it and they used it on the public side.Such as the restroom. This will explain why the floors are dry and yet very slippery.I am very displeasedI spent $50 for food, had a very bad experience and Cold food...I do not recommend this place..
