The customer service is top tier. They were sold out of chocolate chip cookies which I had been craving since I delivered my new baby. They made several other recommendations and by the end of the conversation they ended up finding extra dough to make me one chocolate chip cookie. This was near closing time and it made me feel extra special. They threw in a few extra treats for free as a congratulations and went above and beyond to make me happy. I am now a forever customer. The chocolate chip, red velvet and double chocolate walnut cookies are bomb ❤️.

Incredible bakery. Fun themed cupcakes, amazing decorating, and the best cupcakes around! Small, family owned and run, and staff who really care about your satisfaction.

Okay. First, the bad news. Sometimes, with certain cupcake flavors, the icing absorbs the flavor of the cleaning agent from the case. In other words, the icing sometimes tastes like soap. This is incredibly disappointing because when the cupcakes are good, they are really good. The cookies are really good! The biscotti is good! The cupcakes are also really good, when they haven't absorbed the cleaner taste. The people there are always very nice. *update* I had to revisit this review to say that the Lemon PineSol flavor in the icing has not gotten better. It's gotten worse! The last time we tried a cupcake with vanilla icing, it was inedible. We're sad about this, because the potential is so great!

My first time at Batter and Dough was amazing, we will go back for special treats and celebrations. I didn't have a scheduled order, but they were able to accommodate me on short notice and am so grateful they did! The chocolate chip cookies are the best I've ever had, and the vanilla and chocolate cupcakes were amazing

The best oatmeal raisin cookies I've ever had. Top two peanut butter cookies and the cupcakes were excellent. My favorite part was the cute grandma sitting at up front when you walked in the door and greeted us with a smile and wonderful conversation. We will definitely be back

I could not recommend this establishment enough. My family has been in store before, but I had ordered a cookie tray for Christmas - prepaid and all - so from a company standpoint my missed pickup wouldn’t have been a loss to them other than the time baking them which I do recognize is valuable. However the employees were kind enough to call me and let me know they were going to be closing (my error not theirs!) - beyond that we were still late but someone was there. I’m not sure if they were waiting for us or not but I wanted to express my gratitude. Though irrelevant we are moving out of state tomorrow (Christmas Day) and nothing has gone according to plan. However, your kindness during a time when people can be well a little extra Grinchy made our Christmas a little better. I thank your establishment and employees so much! I hope you all have a wonderful holiday. We will surely enjoy your cookies!!!

How have I not reviewed B&D yet??? Living in the same building, I've gotten to know many of the people there who create those wonderful cupcakes, and it is a great place to support. No hyperbole, they make the best cupcakes I've ever had, by far. Most everything is made in-shop, and I know...I see the butter and flour and milk, etc., go in the door. Very creative flavors, revolving menu, epic theme weeks...and never waxy or artificial-tasting. Just good stuff. I've sent countless dozens of my own customers their way, and everyone has been very satisfied by the wonderfulness of this little hometown gem. Thanks for all of the great snacks over the years! Here's to many more years of Batter & Dough!

I stop here on occasion for a treat because although the cookies are consistently amazing, they are not cheap, so I consider them a splurge with a good cup of coffee.

Went in for a cannoli, they did not have it and they simply could have said sorry about your luck and continued to try to make up for it! Sweetest people ever :)
