ive gona numerous time and never once had an issue til today, when i was ordering my pizza the employee making it did a very sloppy job. as to not call them out directly and cause a bigger issue, I spoke to Wags, the manager on shift. I told him my concerns and stated i just wanted my pizza made right. It should be the way they train their employees to make the Pizza. I would know I used to work for them when I went to go call out the mistake that I saw being made because I’m paying for a product. I expect the quality to be right. I got told well if you never quit working for us, your pizza would be made right. whether or not, I still work for you as a company should be a irrelevant to the fact that I’m paying for a product and it should be made right I wasn’t making any special requests. I wasn’t asking for anything extra. I simply wanted what I was ordering to be made to the specifications that you teach your employees. my barbecue sauce base was applied very poorly and when I tried to call out the issue, that’s what happened so if you value good quality service and good quality food without an attitude, don’t come here. I get it being busy you got a lot of customers. It’s easier rush and not do it right but that’s also part of the reason why I didn’t address the issue when it was being made because there was five other customers ahead of me and two customers behind me, I wasn’t trying to hold up the line. I also got told that I should’ve called out the issue when my pizza was being made I could tell it was a new employee and I didn’t wanna make them start over knowing there is a line behind me.

This is the second time I've recieved cold or old pizza. Cant quite tell which one it is. I live 5 minutes away and didn't have time to pick it up, so I had it delivered. Yes, I know, if im that close, I should just pick it up and normally I would, but things happened and I didn't have time. It took them nearly an hour to get here, and when they did it looked like it had been sitting in a box for at least 30 minutes before they attempted to deliver it. When we tried it, it was slightly warm and the cheese was no longer melted. Like in elementary school when you were the last person to get pizza and it just wasn't worth it anymore?... yeah, like that. I can no longer recommend place anymore. And in all honesty, this makes me really sad because pizza is big in my family and we loved their style and take. I hope this helps anyone looking for good pizza in bridgeville, since I know how scarce it is.
