I visited this CFA today: I went through the drive thru and Mari was exceptionally kind to me and I thought someone should know so she can be appreciated!
This place runs like a well-oiled machine. The customer service is so good, it actually renews my faith in humanity. I don’t know where they find these people, but the rest of the world feels like it’s staffed by...well... let's just say not the same caliber of people. They must all be working at Chick-fil-A.
I only wish it were a public company. I’d buy stock in it as soon as the market opens.

This place is normally great but the last few times our order has been made wrong or missing items completely. It’s annoying to spend 30-40 dollars and not receive what you ordered.

Staff did not greet us for 10 mins, we stood waiting as they actually screamed from the front to the back of the drive thru area about an issue with someone else. Did not get greeted until the manager came to the front and told them to take care of us. The last few times I came in my chicken sandwich was 80% bread and then a little baby chicken plank 🤔 yall should double them up if they’re less than half the size of a normal piece of chicken. My boyfriend had two normal nice sized pieces and mine was the scraps 🤔 I was still hungry 😭🤣

Their sandwiches are fine… But the drink, how can they call that soda? It was completely undrinkable, just awful.

This is the best Chick-fil-A in the Pittsburgh area in my opinion. Food is always fresh and hot!!! Staff is always is so polite and food is always correct 💯😁
