Usually if I’m leaving a review, it’s because I’m not happy with the service. This is not the case here haha. This chick fil a is literally so wonderful. Every staff member is always so nice to me, store is always so clean and welcoming and food is always delicious and warm. I DoorDash this chick fil an often, that’s because they have never ONCE forgotten anything in any of my orders! No missing drinks, straws, sandwiches. 5/5! Pic is one of many delicious chicken sandwiches I’ve had at this establishment.

Tammy, in particular, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs—especially with the last-minute additions we threw her way. She handled everything with such grace and positivity, making the entire process effortless.
Tammy was incredibly pleasant, personable, and truly a joy to work with. It’s clear she takes tremendous pride in her job and genuinely enjoys what she does. Her willingness to do whatever it took to make sure we were taken care of was exceptional.
We used this location for a large corporate order, and everything was hot, fresh, perfectly prepared, and a huge hit for our event. The experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish.

Love this location; but they recently stopped serving soup! I absolutely love the chicken tortilla it’s my favorite seasonal item from any fast food restaurant and i’m really frustrated they don’t have any soups at all accessible (not even their chicken noodle which is also really good) super lame; south hills location is about equal distance from me so i’ll be going there until this is resolved (as they 1000% had soup before)

Came in this afternoon. After I sat down, the staff who brought my order out threw my tray of food on the far end of the table and snatched the plastic thingy then stormed off. Didn't say a word. It happened so fast I didn't even have time to look up to see his face. He was wearing a chick-fil-a cap. I looked around, other staff who brough the food to other tables didn't have one on and they were all polite. The buns tasted stale. Not coming back.
