Service was pretty slow due to a trainee at the the cashier. Food was good.

Workers couldn't care less about the customers. The bowl portions used to be generous, now we're paying the same amount for 1/4 of the food. Workers will wear the same gloves to make your food, then touch money, the register, then go back to touching food and never change them. A direct health code violation. This place needs better oversight.

My doordash salad and drink came with no lettuce and no drink. Cool. Ordered again a few months later and they forgot my drink, chips, and gave me the wrong meat.

There were no forks or napkins, the person who attended us was rude, and served us very little

Not impressed by the food, the rice and beans were pretty flavorless and the overall dish was low quality

This is a nice location. Employees are super fast with food orders. Always tasty, been going for years. A few outside tables as well.

A stop for lunch in bridgeville and tasted the new Honey chipotle chicken and it was just simply too sweet and no heat. So I opted for the one I always get which is the barbacoa. All of the locations should stuff my taco as much as she did this one. It had a lot of flavor and it was a hard shell topped with fajita veggies sour cream cheese and lettuce. How many years ago my son worked there and told him then they need to bring on shrimp option and still to this day do not for some reason. They would gain a whole new realm of clientele.

I recently ordered two bowls from Chipotle for pickup via their online system, and I was disappointed with the portion sizes. The servings were noticeably smaller than expected. Additionally, the steak was cubed in a way that made it appear processed, and it lacked seasoning, making the overall experience underwhelming. Hoping for improved quality in the future.

It’s increasingly difficult to find a good chipotle these days, so I was pleasantly surprised by this location when I stopped in on a whim while passing through the area. Everything was fresh, appropriately seasoned, and cooked well. Portions were generous too.

Rude employees. This location consistently has the lowest quality food in the area. Even if it’s the closest to your house, it’s worth the few extra miles to take your business elsewhere. What happened to high standards?

Worst chipotle in the greater Pittsburgh area. Tiny portion sizes and crappy rice

Stop going here, vote with your wallet. More often then not this location has staffing issues, lite food portion issues, and ingredient quality control issues.

Condado Tacos in South Hills has cheap delicious burrito bowls and their queso is way better!

This chipotle blows beaver valley mall and moon township locations away. Food is actually seasoned and they load up the bowls.
