Food was cold, bins were empty, guess due to late order. Out of red salsa. Not a good experience this time around.

We have been here 3 times and each one has been a terrible experience. Dirty, staff is slow, employees arguing, and run out of the basics like white rice and steak. Never again.

I went to this Chipotle at 10:30 PM to order brisket, but the brisket looked so burnt that I decided to change my order to barbacoa. Unfortunately, the barbacoa turned out to be extremely salty and inedible. What a waste of time and money. Go elsewhere.

This has been an ongoing problem with this location. I ordered rice, double chicken, cheese, salsa, and gauc just to get this…. I’ve gone back in several times and they do re make my order but the lack of basic customer service is shocking. This staff can’t even give you a simple please or thank you let alone a smile or friendly gesture. From my experience, the problem stems from management. DO BETTER!

I ordered extra rice & I received half a bowl of food. 😟 I didn’t have most of the toppings I asked for AND my food was lukewarm. $13 for NOTHING literally and I’m still hungry.

Don’t bother with this Chipotle. We went there at 7pm to order food and when we got there we could tell that the place was disheveled. The counter where they create the orders was disgusting. Food everywhere, different food in other food containers, and an all around lack of cleanliness. After we started our order they let us know they were out of black beans (not a huge deal), but still not great. After my bowl and my fiancés salad were started and on to the toppings sections, they then decided to tell us that they were out of cheese and chips as well. Mind you it was only 7pm and they were open for another 4 hours. It would’ve been easy to tell us at the start, or at least put a sign up. We ended up leaving and not finishing our orders. There were several people behind us that left as well. Looking at the other reviews, this Chipotle seems to be a constant problem. I would pass if I was you.

Don't even bother going past 10 pm, they're going to have half of their food already put away, and then tell you they don't have it when you ask for it. The food that they do have out is cold and dried out. Super disappointing to walk into this when they don't close for another hour.

This is by far the worst Chipotle experience.

Picked up my mobile order from a standoff-ish lady who was stationed to fill the mobile orders. Got back to my car and saw that kids meal had just one taco shell.

Went back into store and asked for the missing taco shell. Was told that “the order was filled per what was on the screen” and that I ordered just one shell. Ok, maybe I made a mistake. The thing is that you couldn’t even order a kids meal on the app with a single shell. (see screen shot of the app).

Picked up my phone from the car and saw that I did order a kids meal with two shells.

Back in the store for the third time. The lady refused to look at my order summary on the phone. I had to “litigate” with the lady for her to eventually put a taco shell in the bag. And then she said “now get out of the store”. All this over a silly taco shell.

To say that I don’t feel welcome to a Chipotle is a gross understatement. I just feel bad for my kids because they love the food at Chipotle… But clearly Chipotle doesn’t want us in their stores.

On a recent visit to this location, I found one lady stressfully serving all patrons while other employees head in the back or were outside. There were multiple ingredients on the line that were missing. A guy with a beard and glasses prepared meat on the grill, and then after it was cooked, chopped it up and ate some of it while preparing the food in front of everybody. The lady who was doing everything was very nice and clearly stressed. This review solely reflects the absolute disgusting environment, where there was a completely dirty kitchen and poor behavior and hygiene from the one employee. I waited 25 minutes to get one chicken bowl.

I would like to start by first saying I really enjoy Chipotle; however, this store has made that especially difficult. Today was not my first poor experience at this location, but I continue to try it again and again hoping it gets better. I do not think I will continue that effort. Today (Sunday) when I visited at 1pm, they were out of ingredients (chips, guac, and balsamic dressing), unfriendly, and working at snail speed. The team members had AirPods in and seemed miserable to be there working at a Chipotle. I waited in the line only to reach the front and decide to leave because I refuse to pay for the quality of services being provided. Please be better. What happened to the Chipotle I love?

I do not typically write reviews about restaurants however I know from experience that this Chipotle does not care about the customer experience. I have had issues in the past, emailed them and a week later a manager finally reaches out and wants a receipt for my order from a week ago. So due to those experiences, I figure a review would just be better.

With that said, I stopped at this Chipotle tonight, mainly because there isnt much else open at 10pm. My wife and I both order a chicken bowl. The chicken looked funny as it was shredded. Chipotle chicken is never shredded. It is always chopped. But it looked like chicken so we didnt say anything. When we got home, we opened our bowls and began eating. I will just say, if it was chicken, it had NO flavor at all. It was beyond bland. Not even the typical char flavor. I truly believe it was pulled pork or something. It was so dry that it was very hard to eat.

For me personally, it has been one bad experience after another with this particular Chipotle. Any other one that I go to, I get great food and great service. This one, not even close. I am surprised they are still open. They cant keep employees and thus the line is always super long. Then after waiting forever, your food isnt right.

I hate that this particular one is right down the street from where I live because at this point, I will drive to Robinson or somewhere else to get quality food. This one isnt it.
