Just visited here and everything was excellent. The employee who took my order was very friendly and the service was great. Food was fresh and the place was very clean. Such a breath of fresh air compared to other chipotles around Pittsburgh!

This chipotle is horrible im from Erie and we have two up there that look like 5 star restaurants compared to this dump and the male employee there with long hair was very rude and lazy he barley put the lids on to my bowl as well as my wife’s put them in on their sides and liquids were spilling all over the inside of the bag I told him about my birthday guacamole reward and was very annoyed that he had to do his job they also said they were out of tortillas which makes no sense you are a Mexican fast food restaurant how can you be out of one of the base items you need for like 50% of what generates your revenue

Confusing menu to me. Fairly dark environment with cheap tables & chairs. Foods are OK. Prices are about right. I can't recommand this fast food restaurant to anyone.

Tried ordering a vegan burrito bowl. My bowl came with a piece of steak mixed in with the fajitas peppers and cheese in the guacamole. I couldn't eat it and it's impossible to get your money back through customer service. Chipotle is so hit or miss depending on the location and this location is just not it. I empathize with the teens and young adults working there but there's little to no supervision for food quality and that's not necessarily on them but management.

My wife brought food home from here and my dog wouldn’t eat it. Where is the manager or owner and what are they doing? How hard can it be? This is the first time Moes Southwest is now my go to.

I walk in at 3PM on a Tuesday…. Place is a ghost town with 3 people sitting down and eating and one person dealing with a wrong order. The worker doesn’t acknowledge me til I’m standing waiting for food for 2-3 minutes. Then shuffles over to start speaking as fast as she possibly can to prepare my food… she throws the wrong rice in my bowl but I don’t even have a second to process because she’s 3 questions ahead of it. The smallest portions I’ve ever seen in a bowl. The cheese takes up triple the space the chicken does. Overall just terrible atmosphere and service with the place looking terrible and not clean.

They refused to cancel my order after speaking with support. The store doesn’t answer the phone. It’s all automated and poorly executed. I had to contact my credit card provider to get my money back.

Workers couldn't care less about the customers. The bowl portions used to be generous, now we're paying the same amount for 1/4 of the food. Workers will wear the same gloves to make your food, then touch money, the register, then go back to touching food and never change them. A direct health code violation. This place needs better oversight.

My doordash salad and drink came with no lettuce and no drink. Cool. Ordered again a few months later and they forgot my drink, chips, and gave me the wrong meat.
