I went to this Chipotle at 10:30 PM to order brisket, but the brisket looked so burnt that I decided to change my order to barbacoa. Unfortunately, the barbacoa turned out to be extremely salty and inedible. What a waste of time and money. Go elsewhere.

The person working the line on 7/12 at 7:45pm has no customer service what so ever. I travel the country and eat at Chipotle every day. I’m used to customer service not being the best but I like to make management aware of an employee who takes 0 pride in their job. I’m a business owner and formerly worked in customer service for years. I understand customers can be tough and can put you in a mood but it’s their job to put on a smile regardless of this. I waited for 3 minutes...

I’m not going to lie, typically most (if not all) of the employees in this location make me super uncomfortable bc they all act like they hate the customers and it’s just not a nice experience. However, tonight there was a whole new staff working and they were all so kind and helpful! I wish I would have gotten their names so I could give them the kudos they deserve! Almost everything on the line was available aside from fajita veggies and guacamole. Our dinner was delish!...
