Extremely expensive. Trampoline at 12.00 additional per child is a rip off. The only thing impressive is how they protect the children from getting out without actual parent.

The pizza and wings were good. My 3-year-old granddaughter had a blast! She spent a lot of time on the trampoline! The staff was great with her! And she made three friends! She fell asleep in under 5 minutes on the ride home! I'd say it was a big hit!!

Chuck E. Cheese is the perfect spot for an indoor kids’ party! It’s fun, safe, and full of exciting games and activities that keep the little ones entertained for hours. The staff is helpful and friendly, and there are plenty of delicious food options to enjoy—definitely a hit with both kids and adults. Highly recommend for a hassle-free and memorable celebration!

Service was horrible they had 1 host was doing 3 parties at once and was putting money on the bill that we didn’t ask for we paid a lot of money for this horrible place half of the games were broken do not recommend at all!👎🏼

The workers aren't personable or professional. They're not clean there, people were digging their hand INSIDE the TOP of the straw container, I let them know that and all they did was closed the lid. Thats why there's viruses and no room in the hospitals now . The workers brought out a brand new box of straws for me to get one from it and they stuck their BARE hand in the BRAND NEW box to give me a straw, which means they contaminated the straws and expected me to drink from a straw that they just touched. They were rude and did not fulfill the birthday party that was had there either. BEWARE.

It was disappointing to say the least. So dirty and disguising!!!! There were dead bugs and what looked like mouse droppings in bathroom area. ALOT OF THEM IN EVERY CORNER!!! Toilets didn't flush. So if their bathrooms aren't cleaned,are their games?????

You definitely need lids for drinks!!! Kids and a dilute spill especially in small areas on the table.you could also use a little more help on the weekends. Kids get very impatient. Other than that they had a great time.

Took my 5 year old today for her first visit, paid for a 2 month pass and wish I wouldn't have. Didn't even use all the game credits today. Half of the games didn't work. She didn't enjoy it at all.
It was horrible ruined my daughter birthday the kids never got to eat there food spend all there time playing as soon as we paid for the kids the jump the lights went out over the trampoline then half of the games stopped working we was smelling burning fish which I believe is wires burning they said we might have to exit no sense or urgency to get our kids out and it was on fire all my kids coughing and choking from the smoke my daughter never got to see Chuck never got into the ticket blaster and never got the cake I paid for nothing it was a horrible experience

Kids always have fun with the unlimited games but are always frustrated with how few tickets they end up winning. They also added a weird small trampoline area (extra charge) that is only for bigger kids and made my kids upset that they couldn't jump.
