So much fun with my babydoll granddaughter ✨
Short staffed and dirty. Half the games and rides didn't work. Games didn't give correct amount of tickets.
I've taken my kids there and it was awesome taking the grandkids to half the games were broke. This place has went way down from back in the day
Very nice clean Chuckee Cheese to take kiddos to. Like all other Chuckee establishments they are understaffed and have to wait excessively for prizes etc. But not the fault of the workers there. The girl that helped us was doing her best and very nice.
Over priced garbage pizza , dirty tables overall waste of time and money
I mean, it is Chuck E. CHEESE'S. What can I say? If you've never been to a Chuck E. Cheese's then I feel bad for you. One minor detail is no more mechanical band. All video now which is just how it goes.
Great place for kids, clean environment and friendly staff. Always has new games or activities being updated.
This is a solid location for Chuck E Cheese. There's a lot of games available to play. Their food service was a little slow even without the place being super busy, but it did taste as expected. My primary complaint is that the trampoline portion costs an extra $10 per guest to enter, when it's maybe 100 square feet big. This just seems excessive and like a bad deal.
One of the nicest chuck e cheese locations I have been to. Been here several times over the summer and it's always clean and the staff are very helpful. The fun pass is a great deal for entertaining kiddos over the summer.
First time being there. Staff and food was excellent
The girls absolutely loved it
Will be returning for another day of fun in the near future

Chuckie is always on the floor at this location and we love how the kids get to interact!

I have never seen so many children in a bar. And I've been drinking in Alabama. But other than that everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. There is no way to tip when you pay with a card, so bring some cash, also the ticket count on the game is not what is out on your card, which makes hardly worth the effort to to cheat at the games. Five Stars.

Man, this place is SO different from what I remember! Just for some context, I was born in 1990, so yeah, a lot has changed.
Where do I even start?
First, it has changed locations from one side of the parking lot to the complete opposite side, lol.
Okay, now for the inside. No more jungle gym. I get it—post-COVID and all that, now there’s a bounce house(it looks like trampolines) that someone’s watching 24/7, and it’ll cost you an extra $12 if you're not part of a party.
And Chuck E.! Wow, he’s looking rough. I swear he’s gone all skinny on us! Put the cheese rocks down! It’s not a big deal; it's really different from the Chuck I knew growing up.
We didn’t eat there this time since we had just finished lunch, but we took my son for his birthday (playtime comes after the food, right?). He had a blast! He's a lot like me—super practical. We both looked at those cars you pay for to move back and forth, and he said, “Those are boring.” (he's 6) He doesn’t hold back, and I love that about him! Some games were a little tricky for him because of his height, but most were fine. A few machines didn’t work because they didn’t pay out, thanks to some ticket glitch (they now use these cards where you load money, and tickets from games go on these cards), or they were just turned off. Plus, we found a bunch of tokens stuck in the coin slots. Sorry, Chuck, but we scored a few free tokens! Maybe have someone check those machines more often?
Overall, the place is pretty decent. I noticed there were security cameras everywhere—like every 3-5 feet, seriously! I felt super safe, and my parents were more at ease.
