We had a large party for my grandmother's 80th birthday and everything was fabulous. The food was great and our service was amazing. We will definitely be back!

I mean, all our group had was apps & drinks, never got to food, so I'll give you the rundown....our sever was excellent(young, tall man...his name escapes me). We were there for a bday celebration, 9 in our party: the table got the Brussel sprouts, ricotta balls & Meatballs....not bad but not worth the price. I couple of us got the Pear & Elderflower martini(tasted like dish soap), I then got the Espresso Martini(awful) & finally, because I thought "why not?!", I got the Violet Aviator(too heavy handed on the pour)...all of the drinks I had sounded amazing to me because I use all of those ingredients at home in my own bar, but these were overpriced & horrible.Atmosphere was simple, clean lines & modern...it's a tired design, I've been to a lot of places just like it with better drinks & better prices.Like I said, our server was awesome, but that was it.

We had an amazing date night in April trying this restaurant for the first time. We had the Risotto Balls app and the NY strip and Pork Chops. It was all amazing and there are many more items we are exciting to try when we go back! Great service, welcoming atmosphere.

Very welcoming and friendly staff and the food is absolutely amazing! Met and exceeded my expectations! I've been here for lunch and dinner numerous times and we will definitely be back for more! The menu is amazing and the service matches the food! Looking forward to sitting on the patio when the weather breaks!Dietary restrictions: My Wife has Celiacs and they are extra careful with allergies and dietary restrictions.

Food was great and so was the service! A little loud in the beginning but got better and had a good ambience! Plenty of parking and extensive alcohol menu definitely will go back soon!

The location, building, atmosphere, food, drinks (say less). If you are visiting downtown Carnegie, this is a must! Love this cute, quaint restaurant and their high-end wine selection along with the charming bartender downstairs. They have a great selection of food and I recommend their French onion

I currently write this review as I sit waiting for over an hour for a Caesar salad. Service is pitiful, food is below average. Don’t waste your time

Awesome place with top-notch food, drinks, atmosphere, and staff! If you love the NOLA vibe, check out the upstairs balcony. Tay and Lexi were amazing!

Amazing gem in the heart of Carnegie! A bit on the pricey side, but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of excellent food, great spirits collection, attentive service, and a warm atmosphere that is clean, tasteful, and not overdone. Met an old college buddy here because it wasn't far from his hotel at the airport and we decided we will return next time he is in town! We had steaks that were perfectly prepared with generous sides that were equally tasty. Started off with the caramelized brussels sprouts which I would also heartily recommend. Great place to go for a date or special occasion. In addition to street parking, there is a nice lot on the same side of the street right after.

Good meal - but the wait for our meal was long. It was St. Patrick's Day weekend so we did go in figuring things would take some time. Noise level is off the charts. Very difficult to have a conversation over dinner. The highlight was dessert. The blueberry cheesecake was AMAZING. Not your typical NY cheesecake with a dollop of blueberry pie filling. Honestly one of the best desserts in recent memory. Overall, I really wanted to like it, but for the price, the noise level is a complete deal breaker. I would get that cheesecake to go, though.

The staff is amazing, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect! They fit us in on a busy Saturday night. There were no reservations available and I asked if we could eat at the bar if we walked in. They held 2 seats for us, which was incredible. I've never had anyone offer to hold bar seats for me!We ordered the salmon and NY Strip and both were cooked to perfection. The portions were generous, we could have shared one plate. Both entrees came with tasty sides. I especially liked the risotto that was served with the salmon.DeBlaze is cozy enough for date nights but could also serve a small group of friends well. I highly recommend trying this fine establishment!

Sauce in both entrees were so good we requested more bread to "clean" the plate. Service was excellent. Will definitely return.
