Ordered 1 drink and 2 donuts for mobile pickup. I was handed 1 drink and 1 paper bag in the drive thru. The employee somehow forgot to give me one whole donut from my order? Had to call dunkin support number to get my points back for the reward i redeemed but was never handed.
The refresher i ordered was also insanely watered down. I may visit this location again but will avoid ordering online.

Best Dunkin until the manager “Patrick” is working! He makes the WORST drinks imaginable (Taste like literal poison). I can’t believe he is handing customers that cat piss in a cup. Now I know his car, so when I see it I keep it moving. Patrick darling, I have a question for you…What would u do if you were a “Manager” at Starbucks??? All those insane customizations people want would put you in a looney bin! I simply ask for “Light ice & more concentrate..& u can UPCHARGE ME!!!”. On top of that, I tip YOUR employees very well for doing so & simply doing their job while being kind at the same time (You could learn from them). Gave this review 2 stars instead of zero only bc of the other people that work at this location.
Starbucks order: Venti Strawberry Refresher, add peach juice, add strawberry puree, very light ice. Omg Patrick, u would literally lose your mind!!!
Plz plz get a life & stop being “The keeper of the juice”! It’s really not that serious..It’s just Dunkin, besides, I AM THE ONE PAYING…In return, Dunkin pays you & you pay your bills. Get it??? Stop being a fool & learn how to make a drink bc it is literally YOUR J-O-B! Chill out Patty & have a drink or 2.

This Dunkin is basically in a horrible place. It can be hard to pull into the drive thru if you are turning left into the location and it can also be impossible to pull out if you need to turn left across traffic. I've only gone inside once but it was clean and the staff assisted me.
Parking: Free parking, but only on one side of the building. I've never had a hard time getting a parking spot here.

Food was good, I'd just suggest asking customer what donuts they want if they order a dozen, not just automatically assume they want assorted.. also cream and sugar on the side doesn't mean in the coffee, and when that's pointed out, staff should make a new one not just look at you and say "uhh" lol but it's all good, God bless them for working on a Saturday morning

The one girl with the longer brown hair always makes the best drinks and food.
This was the worst dunkin I have ever been to. Our drinks and food were honestly disgusting. The workers were very rude and the one girl threw my change all over the counter after we paid. Don’t come to this dunkin!

Stopped by Dec 6th at 6am. Stood in the store for 5 mins not 1 person said a word to me. All looked at me. Just plain. Ignored me till I walked out. Not sure who runs this place, but I would fire them both. And yes only 2 cars at the drive thru. Inexcusable. Will never use that store again! See ya
