Ordered a burger with lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos, ketchup, and mustard. Received two dry patties with jalapenos. The ticket was printed correctly but didn't get the order right. Didn't realize until we got home. Very disappointed.

this was by far my worst dining experience ever. Not only that I have to wait for around 20 minutes to get a milkshake, but then when it was my turn to get my milkshake, they decided to jump the line and go to a lady behind me because she was complaining. terrible service wish I wouldn’t have wasted my night here zero out of 10 . You are a fast food restaurant learn to act like one. I am not here for an hour dinner whenever I come in to get a burger it should never be more than a five minute process..
