How do you forget cheese on a sandwich? These commercial businesses are always raising their price's but can’t even get simple things right, like making a basic sandwich.

Super quick, they made my sandwich while I was in there, only took me about 3 minutes total. And it was delicious, as always. Jalapeno chicken ranch wrap is my go-to at Jimmy John's.

Drove all the way to this place. Parked and went in and was told they're not participating with the stuff they have ads on the radio for. The TV. Long story, just assume this place is never participating with the promos that Jimmy johns is using to get you in. Back up the street to Sheetz I guess

My dad and I waited and waited, 3 workers playing pocket pull...so we left. Fire them, fire the manager fire the c.e.o, and if there's any Jimmy or John's out there...fire them too.

Out of my last 5 sandwiches requested without mayo 4 of them had it on there. We work a mile away however i cant say ill be going back here considering today it was not even the right sandwich to begin with.

Don’t go here. The idiot working the register has no idea how to ring a sandwich or what’s on the menu. Not sure if he is high or dumb or both.
For the price of the food here and for staff to NOT pay attention to how things are supposed to be made more times than not, it's NOT worth it!! It's quite sad because before covid I ordered lunch from here more than anywhere else. Calling and giving complaints to managers also gets you no where!

This is my favorite Jimmy Johns. I make it here once a month or so and every time I visit I'm greeted by Ty, Frank, or Dylan, among others. The food is great, the music is great, best JJ's around!

First time at a Jimmy John's. We were the only 2 people in there. Ordered the Vito without tomato, onion and oil and vinegar. What I thought was a simple request was clearly too advanced for the employees of this store. The sandwich might have been ok if there wasn't onion, tomato and oil and vinegar on it. 1 customer and you get their order wrong.
