Drove all the way to this place. Parked and went in and was told they're not participating with the stuff they have ads on the radio for. The TV. Long story, just assume this place is never participating with the promos that Jimmy johns is using to get you in. Back up the street to Sheetz I guess

Kid-friendliness: Like I said I visited in evening. The two guys working we're very kind and quick ?‼️?
For the price of the food here and for staff to NOT pay attention to how things are supposed to be made more times than not, it's NOT worth it!! It's quite sad because before covid I ordered lunch from here more than anywhere else. Calling and giving complaints to managers also gets you no where!

This is my favorite Jimmy Johns. I make it here once a month or so and every time I visit I'm greeted by Ty, Frank, or Dylan, among others. The food is great, the music is great, best JJ's around!

First time at a Jimmy John's. We were the only 2 people in there. Ordered the Vito without tomato, onion and oil and vinegar. What I thought was a simple request was clearly too advanced for the employees of this store. The sandwich might have been ok if there wasn't onion, tomato and oil and vinegar on it. 1 customer and you get their order wrong.
This was the veggie hoagie! Are you serious? $10???? Awful and rude customer service. It seemed to be too much for them when I asked for an extra napkin!

The kids there put the subs together fast with no care. If I go to a take out for a sub, it should be good! It seems like they just wanna get the work over with. I didn’t go for a bread sub with little fillers. Won’t go back here.
Vegetarian options: It doesn’t turn out good bc the kids don’t know how to make a veggie sub.
