Based on other comments, I hope the manager and or the owner sees these comments. I went earlier today to the McDonald’s in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania. Went to the kiosk placed an order for a McRib and a milkshake. Didn’t get a receipt because the machine was out of paper. Didn’t figure it was a problem, so waited patiently for the order. I got the milkshake but not the McRib. Waited a little longer and finally asked member of the staff for the status of my sandwich. Had to ask a second time when she wasn’t responsive. Finally asked another worker for a status and was told the store stop selling the McRib sandwiches. I asked why was it on the menu. Got a blank look. Asked for my refund and waited for the manager or who I thought was the manager to give me the refund. He acted like he was doing me a favor. I asked him why the McRib was still on the menu. . His only answer was he didn’t control the electronic menu. I said we’ll put up a paper sign to discourage people from ordering the McRib; blank look. No apology given. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a McDonald’s. Would appreciate a response from the overall manager and or owner. Thank you very much.

Place is a joke. Got cold food that was clearing sitting out for an hour and I called the restaurant to see what was up and the “manager” just hung up the phone on me. There’s a GetGo next door. Just do yourself a favor and go there instead. To be fair with this McDonald’s, the food and the service is much better during the day time.

Wouldn’t recommend to a dying person. Did a mobile order as to make it easier on everyone. Apparently the English language was difficult to read this day as 1 nugget meal and 2 burger meals meant 3 burger meals. When asked for the manager to speak with or next chance the store hung up on me. Then proceeded to ignore calls, hang up twice. Then my wife called and was rudely hung up on whenever the person who clearly deserves to be FIRED hung up on her as well. Clearly you as ownership do not care about customers and pnly profit. Your store deserves to be shut down and the building bulldozed over. Get better staff that cares when they make a mistake and actually own it.

I got 2 orders of pancakes last week and they didn’t even microwave the second one is was still thawing. Today I got one order of pancakes and they didn’t even give me utensils. I went in asked for the stuff for the pancakes, guy with a scrunched up hoodie just hands me a fork. These people just don’t care I want unlimited free pancakes after this bruh 😭

1145 pm sat sept 27 ordered 20 piece nugget with three chile sauce three mustard. Fries and double burger. Got home all sauces were missing and only one ten piece in the bag. Lady taking the money in window one was very nice. Window 2 the girl who gave me my food was rude and not attentive. Her mom was talking to her in the parking lot and she was ignoring me. Being rude and screwing up my order is ignorant.$ 17.15 ripped me off. Steer clear of the Bridgeville McDonald’s. You won’t get what you pay for and you will get yelled at

I stopped here on a trip back to NY from NC to get a drink. I ordered at the kiosk to skip the line only to find out that it did nothing. I had to wait for them to serve drive thru and everyone else before ever getting my drink.
I would have asked for a cup, and filled my own but apparently, for the first time ever, they didn't have a fountain for you to self fill.
Also they blocked the only convenient exit from their parking lot for no apparent reason and made you drive all the way around the building to get out of the lot.
Not the most customer friendly atmosphere and definitely not efficient. Whomever runs this franchise is clearly not looking for return visitors.
