We ordered a pizza. I called to tell the manager it was a horribly made margarita pizza. She was so so quick to blame door dash. I was trying to explain nicely it was the pizza itself. That who made the pizza did a very poor job. It was all crushed diced tomatoes on top of a red sauce pizza. The mozzarella was covered in heavy sauce. It was awful. I’m 100% Italian….. I know what a margarita pizza should look like! So this is the pizza for all to view. The sauce is so heavy on the pizza you couldn’t hold the pizza without everything falling off. Flavorless.
She kept blaming door dash and was sooooo rude to me on the phone. I couldn’t explain what the problem was. She was snippy, rude and had no care at all her pizza SUCKED! Will never order again from there and will NEVER walk in those doors again. Sad because we had a wedding rehearsal, a wake and many dinners there. They lost money and customers today! I didn’t want a refund, I wanted her to just recognize the product wasn’t eatable.

The best seafood bisque I've ever had. EVER ! And it's made with Surimi. If they stepped up their game, mind you I'm not complaining, but if they stepped up their game and used poached lobster meat and real crab, well, I don't know what the price would be but it would be worth it.

I ordered the cod picatta. Exceptional. Served over a bed of perfectly cooked risotto.

This was my first visit to Napoli and I'm already looking forward to my next so I can sample their wedding soup.

Napoli used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Now that locations have changed, it’s gone very downhill. It seems like the prices went up and the quality went down. I haven’t seen a lot of the same staff since either. The Napoli fries used to be delicious and had bacon with them. Now they’re just cheese fries and you have to add bacon for $2. The cheese was pretty gross on top of the fries. They used to be my favorite thing there and now they’re very mediocre. My friend ordered stuffed shells and they were watery and inedible. He’s never sent food back in his life but this time he did. The chips were basically inedible too.

The cost to add shrimp to pasta is the worst pricing I’ve seen. $1.50 per single shrimp.

So disappointing that one of my family’s favorite spots is now somewhere we avoid.

We had a surprise birthday party for my aunt at the Bridgeville location. Everything was excellent!!! Nicole did an awesome job helping us plan everything and it was set up perfectly. Kaylee was our server the day of the party... she was awesome. There were 25 people and she kept up on all the drinks, plates, etc. The food was served buffet style. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. Everyone that came commented on how great the food and atmosphere was. I highly highly recommend this place whether you are just having lunch or dinner or having an event. Thank you Napoli Bridgeville for doing an awesome job for this very special occasion.

The food was good, the wine was good, and the service was great. But only 4 stars because they need some noise absorption. We were screaming at each other across the table, it was so noisy.

How disappointing.

We loved Napoli at their old location for the food. For the past few years, we've been going to their outlet in Washington and have been very happy there. This time, we were able to visit this new location and were looking forward to it.

The building is nice and clean. It's laid out somewhat oddly with a smallish dining area and a big bar plus another large room that appears to be reserved for big parties. Since there were six of us, we were seated in the dining room.

The meal started out good with a nice appetizer of the fried zucchini planks. They were lightly coated and not greasy and the supplied marinara was tasty. It surprised us that the side salads came to our table before the appetizer, but we chalked that up to a mistake on the server's part. The salads were nothing special.

Unfortunately, the entrees were uniformly disappointing. The cod was crusted in Corn meal. While this made it crunchy, the lemon sauce was absorbed completely into the rice and so it was like eating two separate items that happened to be on one plate. The bigger disappointment was the chicken marsala. There was some sort of sauce on the pasta, but we could detect only the faintest hint of marsala flavor in this very soupy broth. The chicken and the mushrooms were just cooked, but apparently separately since they did not absorb any flavor at all.

Prices are reasonable, but our expectations are for much better quality meals. The service was really nice and the waitress was great. It's a shame that her skills were kind of wasted on the food we received.

Parking: Odd way to access the building

I was super disappointed in the Italian hoagie , compared to other restaurants there was barely any meat, no dressing Barely toasted, the spinach roll wasn’t worth the amount we paid, we will not be back

The food has really gone downhill. The pizza used to be amazing, but now the crust is pre-made and the breadsticks are literally just bread.
