Walked in after receiving an email that my order was ready and had to wait 20 minutes for a bagel.

Clean and comfortable. Next time I will ask for my sandwich extra toasted it was a bit mushy, but otherwise good.
Josh was a complete gentleman at the register and Paul who checked on us while eating was a refreshing change to see.
Purchased the classic avocado toast. The look of it was not appealing. Hardly any avocado and too much everything spice that made very salty.
Great food as always!!
When leaving I checked my order and realized I was missing that item. I returned inside where I was greeted by 2 friendly employees. I explained the situation they quickly rectified it. Then a manager who was close by heard the interaction offered a pastry for my troubles and apologized for the inconvenience.
While it wasn’t perfect.. they made it right and I appreciate that. I should also note that I drive out of my way, passing another Panera because of the quality and consistency at this location.
The Panera in Cranberry Twp PA is filthy. Equipment always broken, floors dirty, beverage station sticky/messy with straw wrappers everywhere. Special herbal tea dispenser has been broken for at least 6 months! Why? Travel a few miles to Panera in Wexford. It's MUCH nicer and practices food safety.
Delicious food! A+

I order a salad. I barely get any ranch dressing to even get me through two bites of salad and my dressing is gone. You Give a tiny little cup and then you put it quarter of a way full with dressing so I can’t even eat my salad and then we open the grilled cheese and it’s not even toasted. It’s hot white bread with melted cheese if I’m gonna pay this much for food I expected to be right.

Sunday at 10:30 after church and 4 bagels left???!!! Walked in asked if they had any more coming out and the answer was no!
A $15 chilli in a bread bowl was literally 6 bites of chilli. No exaggeration, 6 bites. Panera chilli cost greater than $2 per bite
Ready and waiting to pick up
