I had such great service, even with a large order! The were understaffed, but got it done and were so polite and friendly! And the food is delicious! Ty!

Homeless are allowed to hangout. Restaurant reeks, when this is allowed. Watched multiple homeless people come in and out and use the tables and booths. No one cleaning them after use. Would strongly recommend cleaning your area thoroughly before use.

I ordered the you pick two. The sandwich was supposed to be hot is was cold in the center. Panera isn't what it use to be. Instead of getting better it's worse. Very disappointing

Went in for an online order, Spent 25 minutes waiting, then I just dipped because I heard somebody very loudly vomiting in the back😑 this is the second time I’ve ordered before I even come in and my order doesn’t get finished within 30 minutes and I just have to leave. Like i just wanna eat lunch man

They are short of help. When anything needs replenished such as sweetener and creamer for coffee, it is not done without a customer pointing it out. At 10 AM all bagels except one kind were sold out which is unusual.

They are always out of something. Staff is super slow, and completely disinterested in working. I placed an order online and when i got there, it wasn’t ready. The 2 people were talking and really took their time to get everything ready.
