The worst Panera bread service. The coffee was cold. I had to ask them they were out and took for ever to bring it out. Also I got a croissant and they took very long. Is just upsetting because I could easily do macdonalds and I don’t because of Panera amazing service and I didn’t got a receipt to do a claim either.

The food was very good. For what you get, though, it is very expensive. Almost $30 for 2 meals is crazy. It was New years Eve at 530pm, but the staff was miserable. It really seemed like they wanted to go home.

This location is a typical Panera. The only reason I rate the atmosphere low is there are very few electrical outlets if you're planning on staying for a long time as people often do for business meetings and the like.

You don't expect to break you're teeth on parts of an avocado. So not acceptable. Carelessness in the kitchen. Tables were a mess. Sticky stuff of every free table. Employees were acting like you were bothering them when you asked foe your fountain drink cup they didn't give you.I won't be back. Not that one single person hurts your service but you guys suck and I don't want to waste my money and hurt my teeth at your place.

It's nothing personal against this particular location but Panera altogether is a joke...my secretary and I went in for a quick bite around noon, I had just eaten breakfast @10am so I ordered 1/2 of a sandwich...posted $7.29 ridiculous enough, receipt said $8.29...$2.29 for a bottle of generic water and the total bill (she got soup and a half of a sandwich) was $31!! I do pretty well so I do not mind at all paying a bill, but the steak on my sandwich is not cooked fully, the service is less than Chic-Fila and the atmosphere is a regular old sit down...in addition, you don't even get served food, they do not take your Waste...what in the world is anyone paying $32 for two half sandwich's a bowl of soup and a bottle of water!!! Maybe at the Ritz in the middle of the Indian Ocean, but not Panera Bread in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania....sorry but this place is a joke and I have eaten and had service all over the world...I vow to NEVER go back to any Panera bread even if I was starving in the middle of a desert and it was the only food available! Get real...I would rather eat a Big Mac!

We sometimes order at this place, the food is good. Though sometimes we have some missing items, but today was unacceptable: I ordered a whole tuna sandwich but only got a half, and my Avocado and Turkey BLT sandwich only had 2 pieces of bread and some turkey... that's it - no lettuce, no avocado, no bacon, no tomatoes. This is unacceptable!!!!

Tried calling this place multiple times. No answer . So I will leave my review here. PLASTIC IN MY FOOD ?!! not even a little bit. The food is fine but our order gets messed up probably 70% of the time. Their price point has also gotten out of control; you could literally go get a steak dinner at a nice sit down restaurant for the same price you're paying here for a "meh, it's okay" salad and half sandwich.

Came in at 8:55 minutes for a drink as I pay for the sip club membership, but was told they’re closed but they aren’t supposed to close until 9 online…. All I wanted was a drink, and it’s free!!!
