1.5 hours for substandard food. Out of fries. I seriously hope I don't get sick as the food was visibly old.

First time there. We checked out the menu and the menu looked great!!! Walked in sat down and received service and menus right away. The place was really clean. We placed our order with I believe the cook. When he came to the table he had his mask on. There was another lady behind the counter-Lucy. I know this because he called her name numerous times. So anyway as I sat at the table waiting for our food. As I am watching the cook I know he is cutting an apple for my salad. As I am watching him cut the apple, I then see him eat a piece of my apple!!! Really??? His mask is now hanging off one ear. So to stop from watching him I look at the reviews of the place on my phone. Told my husband some of the reviews are not favorable some are. I then see the cook walk to a refrigerator, as he is walking he licks his fingers!!!!!!!! No joke he is walking to open the frig and as he does HE IS LICKING HIS FINGERS. I told my husband 'WE ARE NOT EATING HERE!" I walk over to the counter and Lucy says can I help you? I said please cancel our orders we are not eating here-She asked why and I told her because he is licking his fingers and touching the food. The pan he took out of the frig had what looked like a t-bone steak in it and the same had he licked the fingers on he grabbed the steak and threw it on the grill. I know alot about food and food safety as i was a manager for many military clubs and the steak was gray in color and was rancid. We left - no food for us.

I’ve been coming here for years and the food is undeniably good but the quality of the service as related to the chefs inability to get food out is the reason I will never come here ever again. If you’re in no rush whatsoever it maybe worth checking out the spot but it’s inexcusable to take that long. They need multiple helpers in the kitchen and I will never go back . My Ruben was made only of the butt end of the loaf and when I called they said that I was wrong and that it was my fault. Half of the sandwich consisted of two stale pieces of rye Frankensteined together. And not only did the owner not apologize, he said he was out of bread and this was his solution. I use to swear by this place. I would recommend it to everyone who would listen l. But never ever again. Shame on you

When we arrived we told waitress we had a groupon. After waiting 50 moms we noticed the waitress and the cook did not wear masks. I asked why and she said she forgot to put it on. A couple mins later the cook came over and said they are not taking oupons now during the pandemic. They left us wait 55 min and then tell us. Don't go there if you are following the CDC rules they are not following the rules, they are not seating 6 ft. Away and not wearing maske.

My brother and I enjoy having breakfast here when I'm in the area. The breakfast bowl with cheesy grits, roasted brussel sprouts, crumbled bacon and an egg on top served with whole wheat toast is awesome! There are also several gluten-free options, so the whole family can enjoy the experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff is attentive and friendly. It's a little pricey, but worth it for the quality of food provided. Wish there was a PapaGallos in Maryland!

This is a hard time for a lot of people, and we all feel incredibly helpless in a lot of ways, but there are a few things we CAN do and that is support our favorite local restaurants by ordering take-out or delivery. My boyfriend and I ordered breakfast from PapaGallo (via Uber Eats) the other day and I am still thinking about how good it was! I ordered the Cannonball omelette with a side of potatoes and rye toast. It was huge and traveled well. The sausage and veggies used w

Friendly service, but EXTREMELY SLOW!!! If you like good food but have a few HOURS to kill, give this place a try.

We bought a Groupon so thought we would try it. Cost us $22 even with the Groupon and I only had eggs! Took a half hour to get the food and it wasn't even busy. Husband had the scramble and it was like a kids portion for $13.95 even though menu said $12.95. Saw "Chef" cooking in Microwave, not wearing gloves, eating behind the line....will not be back.

If you are looking for a fabulous place for breakfast this is the place. The restaurant has a quite relaxed atmosphere. The wait staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. Len, the owner and chef, prepares the most delicious omelets, and other breakfast fare. Their are many items to choose from including a number of specialty dishes every day. And prices are very reasonable. I have eaten here several times, and have never had a bad meal. I need to come back for lunch!

This place is absolutely delicious! Everything they make, they make well. Len, the chef, is world renown and this is his retirement gig. Eat here. But understand that it's going to be at least a 60 minute experience. It's worth the wait, though
