First time trying Philly Pretzel Factory and upon entering the store I had high hopes for a satisfying midday pick-me-up. The pretzels looked appetizing and were reasonably priced, so I opted for a salted one with a side of cheddar cheese dipping sauce. Unfortunately, I was thoroughly disappointed in both the pretzel and the cheese dip 😞. The pretzel looked nicely baked golden brown, but first bite told me it wasn't fully baked on the inside, in fact, it was nearly raw dough. In disbelief, I took a second bite just to be sure...but again it was no bueno. The cheese sauce was just as disappointing: flavorless orange glop.🤢 Both were a far cry from Auntie Anne's, or the even frozen bake-at-home soft pretzels from the supermarket.

Showed up at 4:53pm today(close at 7), they said they’re “all out of cheese for tonight”. 🤣 Then when I laughed, they said, “are you good then?” Yah I’m good.

Terrific, fresh, melt in your mouth pretzels, pretzel bites, pretzel dogs and pepperoni pretzels.

We were driving by and thought a pretzel would be good. I was wrong it was delicious!! Best pretzel ever. We got 3 different dipping sauces. Cinnamon, Cream and cheese. They were all so good. It was a surprise so good for such a little cost. We each got a 5 size. Wow so big for just 6 dollars. I suggest anyone in the area stop by grab a pretzel. You won't believe it. It's amazingly good.

They are the best. I have ordered large orders many times and they are awesome each time. It’s always a crowd favorite. The staff is always super nice.

Very slow service sat in line for over 20 minutes on pre-ordered pretzels, and when I got to our party we discovered we were given wrong dip 😕

The pretzels that I bought were greasy and my car got greasy. I had to buy sprays to get ride of the greasy. This was in Exton or Uwchlan pa. I will never go there again in my entire life.
