About Pittsburgh Bottleshop

Pittsburgh Bottleshop is a decent place with good food and a variety of drinks. They offer Old German on tap, although it can be a bit pricey. The smash burger is recommended over the standard, while the wet wedge salad with bacon and Serrano jam has been noted as the best salad ever. Adding shaved ribeye makes it worth the $18. The crab legs are incredible, and the blu burger, especially with additions like mushroom, Swiss, and bacon jam, is highly praised. The hot sausage sandwich is also a unique favorite. Although the wings were good, they could use more sauce. Service was somewhat slow at times, but the new ownership has brought improvements, with staff showing great customer service. Stevie and JP, in particular, have been highlighted for their friendly and attentive service. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a great spot for gatherings or a casual lunch date. Despite some minor issues, it remains a worthwhile place to visit, especially for the popular weekend brunch.

My friend and I decided to move closer to the bar which wasn’t very busy but the bartender still felt the need to ignore me for awhile. No idea why if you are trying to make money. I still tipped her on the round of drinks. I approached the bar for...read full review
