Absolutely horrible experience. They outsourced the delivery to door dash automatically. My pizza arrived totally wrong. They sent plain cheese and I ordered thin crust with cheese .chicken tomatoes. My 2 liter pop did not arrive at all. Driver shrugged his shoulders and left. Called pizza hut and the shift MANAGER stated he can't do anything to fix it or refund me!!!!! Awful. Never order from here again!!!!

Ordered two pizzas: one tavern cut (SQUARE) and one hand tossed. Both came half burnt and crispy crust only. Will not be returning and advise others to order elsewhere.

Placed an order online, show uo for pickup and they act like they have no idea when clearly they did. Tried to tell me it went to a pizza hut up the road that didn't exist just to get me out the door. Pathetic people and business. Garbage service, garbage everything. Use at own risk.

Called and placed an order over the phone. Have no idea if I spoke to a robot or some AI bot got to the store to pick up and they said they didn’t have an order for us at all. Didn’t offer to make it or correct anything. Never again. Don’t waste your money

Just moved into the neighborhood, and hadn't gone to a Pizza Hut in probable 15 years or more. Ordered online, and it was ready for pickup when they said it would be. Food was hot, and delicious. Employees were friendly and professional. Will stop by again.

I’ve always had a good experience here, except for the last couple of times, and the most recent time is the worst.

I placed an order at 9p which would be ready in 19 minutes, per the app. I arrived to the store around 9:20p, and the takeout screen said the order would be ready at 9:24p. The employee told me it would be 8-10 more minutes after that. No big deal. At 10p (closing time), still no pizza and no update. The employee finally came out and said something about crust sticking and they couldn’t get the second pizza of my order prepared. I asked for my money back at this point, and he asked if I wanted the rest of the order. I didn’t, since it had been sitting out for nearly an hour that point. I repeated that I wanted my money back. He went in back and came out again, saying he could make something else. I repeated that I just wanted my money back and I’d come back some other time. He disappeared into the back again and didn’t return, so I eventually just left, figuring I could deal with getting a refund later.

The next day, I called the store five or so times throughout the day, and the phone was never answered. I waited on hold for Pizza Hut’s customer service line for 40 minutes, and they told me they couldn’t issue a refund, but they’d put in a ticket to get one for me. Today, I did get an email from someone indicating that they’ve processed a refund.

My partner had gotten home late that evening, so we just wanted something quick for dinner without having to cook. I totally get that things happen, and that’s no big deal. But that their employee just left us in the lobby for all that time and I left with no pizza and no refund was just disrespectful. That it took so much time to get a refund from corporate is even worse.

My intent isn’t to trash this restaurant, because problems happen all the time, and they can happen anywhere. But the treatment I got was just rude and disrespectful of my time. I get that it was near closing time and I’m sure working in a fast-ish food setting must be awful, but this wasn’t OK and this location needs to do better.

Bought two pizza over the phone Should up they said that they didn’t have the order. Sent me to another location that they said had the order. Wasn’t there either. Keep trying to call the store and no one answers!!!!!!!!
