Had very mid to bad food here. Either the speaker system is wack or an employee didn’t hear me because my pop didn’t come dirty as I asked it to be. Friend got the pickle meal. Firstly, the price wasn’t advertised on the screen and came as a surprise when we ordered- $16?! For a burger, fries, and gross drink. For $16, we wish we’d just gone to a real restaurant. Secondly, the burger/fries were okay at best. The pickle drink was not good at all.
Also, I got a pretzel, which is pictured with cheese sauce on the menu. I didn’t get any cheese sauce. Why put it in the picture if it’s not going to come with?
The Chik-Fil-A next door would never serve up this bad of an experience. Do yourself a favor and just go there instead.

This location usually has great food. We opened our food and this was what was served. How this made it out of the kitchen is a mystery. It is supposed to be a Frito chili cheese wrap. More like a Frito chili cheese bite. Please do better.

I was impressed at how good the burgers are. Perfectly cooked and juicy. the Grillo pickles were awesome. The tots were delicious. Then the milkshake just made the meal perfection.

Worse Sonic I have ever visited. I swear the girl in the Drive-through thru told me they didn't have my sandwich when I order the same thing everytime and have from the bridgeville location once before which was sub-par in comparison to other Sonics....

We went around 5p: we wanted to try the new pickle smashburger dbl and triple meals... The app showed that the meals included the burgers, the side and the pickleritas. But we decided just to go through the drive thru. The cashier first says they didn't have a triple pickle smash meal, so we had to get 2 dbls, (fine whatever) then asked if we wanted the pickleritas, and then we add a 5pc garlic pep bites. She then says sorry we do have the triple. I was like cool, yes. One triple meals and 1 dbl meal, and the bites: should of been about $32. The girl then tells me our price$42... I ask why there is such a difference and the shift mgr says it's because we got the slushies. I tried telling them it didn't make sense... why is there $10 difference between the app and drive thru.so we left without getting anything because they couldn't explain the difference.... The need people who know what they are doing and better with working with the public. Because obviously the girl either did everything separately or she charged me for a 3rd meal.

I genuinely couldn't tell you. I was in the drive-thru, had 3-4 cars ahead. They got served, but the worker on the intercom was literally talking to my front bumper. I pulled up, spoke, honked my horn, nothing. Since I was effectively trapped in the queue, I had to wait through those orders to leave the premises, ordered nothing. My first and likely last trip to this location and/or franchise.
I had the smash burger combo. The burger was fresh and hot. The fries were okay. They weren't hot.

The staff here is great! I went through the drive thru and the person in the car in front of me was screaming at all the employees. He was yelling vulgar horrible things and the manager calmly stepped in and defended her team. Great customer service and excellent drinks!
