So me and my daughter were at this store on November 14th between noon and 1 o'clock.We ordered waited a half hour and no food. So I asked if we were still getting our food. They said they would have it out, well 15 minutes later we got our food. The lady that brought the food out was very nice and apologized for the mix up. But the thing that makes me angry is she said she was refunding my meals. Well it's been two weeks and no refund.

Have been to this location many times. Honestly it can be hit/miss previously but tonight was perfect! From patient order taker to food quality everything was on point. Would highly suggest the staff makes tonight the standard to follow. We are big fans and will be back! Highly recommend

Terrible horrible experience had to order 3 separate time and still they got it wrong. No sauces for anything and they listen to nothing. Food was terrible. Forgot items back to back. Also they put my items separately just so id pay more. Don't go here. Sonic is nothing like it use to be!

Sonic is a highly underrated burger spot. The smash burgers have elevated them to an elite level fast food restaurant. They got all types of other good stuff, but treat yourself to a smash burger.

Ordered DoorDash from here today around 1:00pm. I got a small cheeseburger with lettuce/ketchup, and a cherry limeade. Few hours later I felt really sick. Will not go into detail but food poisoning. My significant other is also very sick from the meat. Please check your meat!
Stopped at this Sonic after a 5 hour wait at the DMV. Like several others I found mm d the intercom for ordering doesn't work and the order was wrong. Worse when I tried to speak loudly to be heard the rude young lady said she didn't like my attitude. I was trying to be heard after the order that was delivered was wrong, the credit card slot didn't work, my wrong order took 15 minutes to be delivered and to get missing items took another 10 minutes. I let the manager know about this. She did say she would speak to the order taker. After this terrible experience, I looked at the cost to feed 3 adults and one child. It was almost the same as I paid at Olive Garden a few days before, more than Chilies and more than another local sit down restaurant I go to. Why should I ever go back to Sonic?
