We pass the Starbucks in Collier and Bridgeville to get coffee from the South Fayette location because the drive thru workers are so nice and FAST. I get an oat milk caramel and it’s perfect. Kadence (sp?) always has a smile when we stop in.

Possibly the slowest Starbucks in the area.. they do not pay attention to the orders. I order on the mobile app long before I get there and end up having to stand inside for another 5 or 10 minutes just to get the drink made wrong. Compared to other Starbucks, everybody behind the counter at this location is moving like turtles. I hate to leave reviews like this, but it's the same experience every time I use this location.

It was quicker to download the app and create an account while at the register than it was for an employee to acknowledge that I was at the register wanting to order. No one else was in line

Terrible attitudes. Never smile, not good customer service. Had to remake my drink 3 different times and then tried to charge me when I finally gave up and just asked for syrup on the side so I could make it myself. This Starbucks has always been mediocre-bad. Mostly the attitudes ruin the experience, as most other Starbucks customer service is exceptional.

This employee Kirsten needs to fix her attitude. I asked for cold foam and she was charging me $5.95 for that. And as I get just the cold foam at all the starbuck they charge $1.25. I told her that and showed her the proof of it and she goes my boss told me to charge you that. I spoke to my corporate boss and they told me to charge that. How she managed to call the boss within 30seconds was impressive. And according to Kirsten n her boss all the stores in the country are wrong for charging me the price for the cold foam for cold foam. So I don’t know if she needs more training or her corporate boss. Because all the other stores can’t be wrong. And a little apology goes a long way.

I recently made a trip into this Starbucks for the first time. The workers welcomed me with a smile 😃 Counter area had lots of food items to choose from and flavors of drinks were very tempting. I like the mix of shelving and baskets of food and cups for sale. Textures always add a level of modernization and comfort. Dining room has a mix of chair and booth tables. Another area has casual seating. Great for eating or doing laptop work. Items for take home such as ground coffee and various tumblers. Great for yourself or gifting! Restrooms are clean with changing tables and toilet seat covers. Service was kind. Will return!
