I don't drink their coffee. It's too bitter and I don't want to spend 10 minutes just trying to get a cup of coffee.

I don’t know what happened to this location. It used to be great. Now they can’t even get and order right, never have long straws, and the service isn’t what it used to be. Seems like is social hour or something with the workers inside.

The best Starbucks in the country! I come here prob 3-4 times a week and there’s never a problem! Everyone is extremely friendly and service is always welcoming! I truly love how business is ran here. Thank you!!!

the girl in the drive through was extremely rude and arrogant for some reason.. also my caramel frappe had no flavor and all of it was in the bottom. i recommend dunkin or even mcdonald’s for better frappes where they actually mix the flavor shots into your drink!!

Never trust drinks on a Sunday here.
Given iced coffee without creamer, rude when I politely asked for small amount so I could add it myself. Took drink back from me, only to dump all of ice out and add little creamer.
Last time at this location for me.
Always inconsistent and my order is a simple iced coffee with creamer.

Older lady in mornings is always amazing though. She belongs at Chartiers Valley location. They match her energy.

What is wronge with the people that work here!?! The ignorance! Telling me not to smoke in my own car going through the drive through! I will not be back! This is not the first time for their rudeness either. Last time I asked for a bag with a holder for two drinks and they acted like I was asking for the world! Just rude and ignorant!

Meet my husband at this exact location 15 yrs ago. We now have been together for 13 yrs and married for 3 yrs. We will forever go back to this location. Both of us weren't coffee drinkers when we met and we became coffee drinkers over the years because of this Starbucks. It's where my life began.. we now have 2 beautiful kids and are husband/wife and best friends ?

Extremely slow service, drinks are correct only half the time, and the barsitas seem miserable alot of the time. The last time I visited and ordered a nitro brew (with no changes) I waited for 20 minutes next to 3 other people waiting for their drinks. The drive through was not busy either. I will not return based on this and multiple other disappointing visits.

Slow. I order ahead on the app so I don’t have to wait when I get there just go in and pick up only to arrive when it’s supposed to be done and have to wait another 5 minutes when the store has nobody in it and 2 cars in the drive through
