I’m a big golfer, and anytime I can get a club in my hand—especially with family—it’s a great day. We recently visited the Topgolf in Pittsburgh and had an amazing experience from start to finish.
We were given a top-level bay, which is always a huge bonus and hard to get. It was cold outside, but the heaters kept us perfectly warm, and having no one in the bays next to us made everything feel more open and relaxed. They also had a giant field goal target on the range, which made the games even more fun.
Our server deserves a major shoutout. I didn’t catch her name, but we were in bay 310, and she was absolutely incredible—super attentive, friendly, and checked on us often. Her service truly made the night.
The drinks were great, the food was delicious, and we had the best time as a family. We’ll definitely be returning. Huge thank you to the entire staff for such a fun and memorable Topgolf experience!

Came as a single. Drinks were good and fairly priced I thought. Mac & Cheese bites are awesome. Love being able to reserve right through the app. Comfortable seating in the bays. Servers very attentive.
No issues but you all could clean the bay fascia. See pic lol.

I went as part if a company team building event. The service was excellent. Shane took great care of us and checked in often. The games are set up to give new players a decent chance of winning, but reward precision well for talented golfers. The food was excellent. I highly recommend the jalapeño dip and pork sliders.

Had some problems with them taking Apple Pay even after asking multiple time if they took Apple Pay. The billing would not take on their side. BUT they were super nice and figured it out for me. Thank you. Would go back!!

We came to enjoy the wonderful and fabulous experience of the top golf and we could not because at the time of arrival at the place they did not have good logistics and they did not know how to serve us. It should be clarified that one of the associates was a little rude and racist. We had problems playing with the machine and none of the employees knew how to handle the situation. I'm sorry we didn't get the best service.
Got a birthday discount for $20 off. I've been here once before with work and had a good time. My wife has always wanted to go and this seemed like a good opportunity to make her happy. We played block party because while both of us enjoy hitting golf balls, neither of us are good enough to hit targets consistently.
Staff was awesome. We are pretzel bites to soak up the 9am beers. Everything was good! We'll definitely be back🙂
