Amazing place! Staff were on top of helping us organize a large party and catered to us very frequently. Everyone was super nice and the food was amazing. Great time, will definitely be back.

Took my daughter for her 16th birthday tonight. Awesome waiters, Colby is a ROCKSTAR!!! Made us feel greatly appreciated for being there and would love to have his section again. Great games of golf minus the weather in Jan haha. But will def be back! (When its warmer 😉)

Pretty cool place, the golfing was fun, lots of games for the kids to play. All the food was really good. The server forgot napkins and silverware. But all in all a fun experience.

Terrible experience - Booked a large group reservation for (2) hours of golf and thinking we would be able to order food and drinks while playing golf. Imagine our surprise (1.5) hours into the reservation with a time limit our server never came over to introduce himself or take any drink orders. We literally had to track him down to place our drink order and order food. Our bill was completely wrong at the end, honestly don't know how this place is in business how it is run.

This week my sisters and I had the pleasure of having Stephanie as our server. She checked up on us constantly even though closing time was vastly approaching. She seemed to genuinely love her job and even took photos for us! Stephanie is the type of server I hope for at every establishment!

Imma keep it real this place was great. 15 minute wait on a Monday night made it seem intimidating, but then I got in and they had super comfy and well heated seats and the service and food was absolutely gas. yall gotta try that buffalo chicken dip!! My swing is so bad tho and I am NOT paying for the coach yall advertise cus ik they are some bush league rookie (don’t advertise some goofball topgolf coach when im tryna see my score!!!!!) 5 stars either way.

While our experience at Topgolf was pretty good, out experience after has not been great. We left something important at our bay. There is no way to directly call the Pittsburgh location. Even if you call the number it goes to corporate . Even corporate after a run around tried to connect us with the location to talk to them but no one answered them. He then put us through and we left a message and still 24 hours later ee haven't had a response. We also filled out a lost and found form online and have not had a response there either. We live over an hour away and we didn't realize we were missing the item until we got home. At that point there was a winter storm and it would have been unsafe to go back. I don't understand why there is no one to directly talk to. If we called and talked to someone immediately we would have known whether our item was found or not. Instead it's been 24 hours and haven't heard anything so we will try to make a trip because I doubt we will hear anything at this point. It's really frustrating when it could have been handled within minutes and now it's been a day and we have no clear knowledge of whether our item is there still or not.

Was there on Saturday night with family and we were treated horribly. we rented 2 bays with online stated we could have 12 people per bay but 6 players. This is what we had and we were told we had too many and had to move half of our party!!! Where were we to go? at that point we should of all left. Service was horrible, had to send most of our food back because it was wrong, 1 sandwich got sent back 2 times!!! Took forever to get refills and any drinks from the bar. This is the 3rd year as a family we've done Topgolf and it will be the last. Unfortunately the way we were treated I do not think management cares.
Had an awesome time at Top Golf! Had Devin as our server and he was just amazing. Top notch service, was quick with our orders, and never had to ask for a refill. Will definitely come back!
