My family and I had such a great experience as first time visitors. Our waitress Gabbi gave us an informative beginners course to navigate the different games. She was very helpful and kind. I unfortunately lost my jewelry that was in a small case which was worth several thousands of dollars which I thought was gone forever but Gabbi found it and turned it in to lost and found. In all honesty I was astonished that it was turned in. Gabbi is such a sweet and honorable young lady. We will be returning in the near future!

Top golf is great! The food was nice and the golf was fun. The cleanliness and service needs attention. The bathrooms were destroyed on a sunday afternoon. We had to ask twice for someone to attend to the messes. Also they had a bussing cart full of garbage and old food hanging out beside our table for our entire two hour visit. Nothing like hearing the waiters scrape old food into a can behind you for hours. Also our waiter aggressively sprayed our table down as we left. My daughter got a nice coating of windex across her face. The bays around us were empty. The waiter had been tipped over 20%. I would return but if the bathrooms are that dirty i wonder what the kitchen looks like.

Had a lot of fun coming here for the first time. The digital interface with the physical golfing is a great touch and the games are a lot of fun. The buffalo chicken dip was very good. Beer is expensive. Overall good experience.

I left this review five months ago under a different account-- Topgolf NEVER called me back to address my issue. Topgolf doesn't care that it has no customer service to resolve problems. If you book a party, GOOD LUCK getting any help. I called multiple times before the event and could not get anyone to help me. I was told that when I got to the Topgolf location, that they would be able to help me there. Then when I got to the location, I was told management doesn't work on the weekends, and they could not help me with my problem, but to call on Monday and someone might be able to help me. Then after the event, I called the specific location multiple times and left messages there too. Literally no one EVER called me back. Terrible customer service. Good luck if you have any problems at all. They will take hundreds of dollars from you and then refuse to help if you have an issue. They said we signed a contract--but never sent me a copy of the contract terms, either! Think twice before booking a party with them because if you have a problem, they will just take your money and completely ignore you. Sad.
Great place for a good time. You do not need to know how to golf to enjoy. It helps but is not necessary as it is easy to play here. They have clubs or bring your own.
Food is decent and different. Less standard food and more with a different style and add ons. Plenty to drink but still great for kids.
Golfers and non golfers will enjoy and it is great regardless of weather. Actually interesting when storming with the only limit may be in heavy snow.

I would give 0 stars. I have been coming here for the past couple weeks and have had nothing short than amazing. Then today we had a horrible experience. Our waitress Rebecca M. didn’t even greet us until we were getting ready to leave. And her response was “is the time good?”. Are you kidding? I had to ask another waitress to get our drinks and she was a sweetheart. We didn’t get the chance to thank her because she was managing 4 bays at once. She’s the one who deserves a tip. But Rebecca still circled the tip for 20-25 percent like she did great. She didn’t even deserve a 1 cent tip. Not to mention she catered to the bay right next to us. Honestly I was so disappointed. To the point where I really don’t want to come back.

Went on a work trip. Great service and the appetizers were all good. Tasty wings! Lots of different drinks on the menu and definitely makes hitting golf balls more enjoyable. Went when it was 32 degrees out and with their Infrared heaters, you couldn't tell it was. Definitely would go again.

I hate to leave “Karen” reviews. But I have to. The old man at the front checking people in. He was a dick the entire time. One of the people in the group had a water bottle. And he wouldn’t do anything until they took the water back to the car. The person was just standing outside, under the porch, waiting for the downpour to end, and he was still being a dick about it. Our host was great, though!
