They donate pizza to use every month and help us to continue saving lives here in Washington pa?? food is always so fresh and delicious. I honestly can't think of one bad experience. This place is incredible! My daughter has Celiac disease. So I order her their Tustin grilled chicken salad for her all the time. It's always the same, PERFECT! Their food is always wonderful. It's literally like I'm ordering from a family owed restaurant. They always put in 100% effort. And I've always had the absolute nicest delivery drivers. Bravo to your establishment!

I'm at work waiting on my delivery after an hour pass I called looking for my pizza and apparently the delivery driver left my food outside the door don't know what door and I'm out of my money and no pizza never again will I order from here again you only get one chance

Great food and always friendly! Makes my night when I order from them.
I placed a large order for my daughter's birthday party and the gal's I spoke with on the phone to inquire about pricing and then when I called to order, were super nice and helpful! Our order was ready when we requested it and they helped my husband tote it all to the car which was nice. Everything was delicious and we were really happy we decided to order from Vocellis. Thank you for making my day a little easier and giving us an enjoyable feast!

First time using the Vocelli website to order pizza and man it was terrible experience. I clicked on the photo you see and ordered a traditional pizza, the photo has pepperoni RIGHT?!
It delivers as a cheese pizza, so I call and they say that I needed to go add on toppings if I wanted them.
I explained to them very nicely that the photo is very misleading and that I didn't think I needed to go to the topping section because I didn't want anything besides a regular pepperoni pizza and that's what was in the photo.
You'd think they'd offer to send another pizza out or for us to come drive there and swap it out at least.. and the guy sarcastically on the phone says "nothing we can do about it, you should have ordered it with pepperoni then".
So not only is their website bad but they have terrible customer service and honestly.. the pizza isn't even good. The cheese pizza taste like one you'd eat in an elementary school cafeteria.
