Location was unable to provide coffee and asked if I would like something else to drink. In stead of substituting the drink they up charged me. I said that wasn’t right since you couldn’t provide coffee. Manager said that ain’t how works and then mumbled that he didn’t like paying taxes to the government either but still had to. This is poor customer service and unacceptable.

Ordered carry out But the entire restaurant inside was closed. I wasn’t able to get a refund. I recommend driving down the street to McDonald’s to quicker and better service
Went to the Bridgeville location. The door says opens at 9a on Sunday for breakfast, inernet says 8a. 3 of us walked into an empty restaurant at 950. Seemed like no one really cared that we walked in and was irritated when we asked for the breakfast menu and they had to turn the sign. Waited half hour for 3 sandwiches. One made wrong and the response was oh, do you want me to get that. Had to ask 3x for the soda machine to get set up. Got sprayed with carbonated water. Was told, night shift pulls the spout over nite for cleaning. One would think things like that would be set up before you open. Coke syrup was low, didnt dare ask to have it changed, didnt have that much time to waste. Fyi, not croissants. Fluffy buns at best. I realize most places are understaffed these days, but today, they were not. Seemed to be more important to talk and set up for lunch starting at 1030. I know this because we heard them, while eating, yelling breakfast was over. Overall, not a great experience.

My husband is partially deaf and he could hear my does sticking to the floor. There were no towels in the bathroom. The drink and condiment areas were very dirty. The employees look miserable but I don't blame them. Employees being miserable is usually the fault of upper management. The food was the same a every other Wendys so no issue there.

The place could use a good cleaning. The girl who took my order didn't even if it was to go or what. When I told it was for dine in she handed me a tray. Poor service I'm sure they don't train the employees to give poor service.

Ask in drive thru for sugar free minute maid. Clearly got conformation that they understood it had to be sugarfree and they then gave me the regular sugary version. There is no chance it wasn't intentional.

Just waited 23 minutes in the drive thru and still didn't receive my food cause I only had a half hour break. This place sucks.

Gerald the fry guy is amazing! He made sure we got our correct order. The older lady at the pickup is a different story she says you have a large order please pull to the red handrail. No problem but if two meals is a long order maybe it’s too much for her. She tell Gerald that we got our drinks already.. nope he had to go back in a get them for us. Just do your job!
Some of the people working here are so nasty it’s unbelievable. I just found out my dog has to be put down tomorrow and so I was emotional in my car and they were so rude off the bat it’s left me shocked.
