What a gross experience @wingstop has become. The restaurants are NASTY inside and the fries are HORRID. Bring back the OG fries!!! The Belmead, TX location is a mess, the manager doesn't care, the soda machine didn't have any sodas available. There was trash everywhere and the floors were a mess.

asked for 2 large ranches and they charged us for 12, which came to $50. you can not understand the employees, and the restaurant did not smell clean. it was a 30 minute wait for 2 meals.

There is not a option to give no stars send my daughter in to place a order took advantage of her and charged my card $40 for two kids meals would not fix the problem when I walked in gave her hot wings when she ordered plain argued with the manager refuse to help or fixed the problem said he didn’t want it to come out of his pocket very poor service

Tried to call location over 20 times in the course of an hour and a half to find out if they had received my order. Now I have to either dispute a card charge or belligerently demand my food at the time it was supposed to be ready.

Just got our order, and the wings were basically plain. Ordered lemon pepper. Fries looked like they were cooked in old grease, and the bottom of the bag. The Cajun corn looks like it’s from yesterday, and overall everything was garbage. Had to recook wings at home. Definitely wasn’t worth the $60 we spent.
