The food wasn’t terrible; but it wasn’t appetizing. Miso soup was very bland; squid was rubbery and not seasoned; Chicken katsu tasted almost like “breaded boiled chicken” (it had no flavor, dry, pretty much just chicken and plain bread crumbs). THE SERVICE was what ruined it for me. The lady just was acting like she did not want any customers; not friendly, very “upset and annoyed”, etc. I asked her questions and she seemed super annoyed; I literally had to search for answers online about what the dishes are (I don’t know every Asian dish). Then she “muttered something under her breath” after my last question and later BURPED as she was walking by LOL. Also she was dressed like she was at the gym; something resembling jogging pants and a T-Shirt. Just absolutely no professionalism or class whatsoever. I think it’s probably the same lady who one of the reviewers said “yelled on the phone” about his delivery being messed up. In my opinion this is not a restaurant; it’s equivalent to a Burger King with Asian cuisine. Sorry if my opinions are too rigid; I lived in Japan and ate at many Asian restaurants in the U.S. It needs work and better training on BASIC ETIQUETTE. I’m not even implying that the service should be top notch; but just some basic, simple service skills. Thank you for reading.

This Japanese-Thai restaurant is pretty good. The ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are well-balanced. The atmosphere is comfortable, and the service is attentive. Worth a try!

I ordered delivery and the drink spilled all over the sushi due to poor packaging. I spoke with the owner/manager and she was gunho to put the blame on the poor driver. This place lacks empathy and are quick to blame others. It was $50+ worth of food and i still gave it a taste due to not eating all day and honestly the food tasted unfresh and had a weird funk smell to it. So i put it in the trash and reach out to let them know so this doesn’t happen to others, instead i was yelled at. I was kind and respectful as always and thats why today, i wrote my first review ever. I would recommend somewhere else.

New Owners, walked in 20 min. ago and stood at the counter, they never even looked up to say anything. After waiting there no one was willing to ask what I wanted,turned around and walked out. Guess they don't need the business.
