Literally THE worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place, whoever took my order was extremely rude and impatient and kept asking “anything else?” We ordered a total of $52 worth of food and the employee asked us to pull up because we were affecting her timer and we needed to move even though there was no one behind us. We asked for the receipt as well which she stated would be on the bag. She then preceded to slam the window shut and came back to tell us we need to move or get a refund so we decided to do the refund. Her manager was just as bad and came to the window to process the refund and said “yea as soon as I get the drinks back”. Terrible service, they weren’t wearing name tags or I’d mention them.

Glad I didn't CHOKE TO DEATH!!!! Check your food for trash . Took 3 bites of my american chicken sandwich and as i went to swallow, something jabbed the back of my throat and startled me which made me inhale and that's when the piece of clear plastic(drug baggy or bun bag)blocked airway for split second which made me cough it out . It all happened within seconds . That's the amount of time it would take to double check food quality . Also the customer service at this location sucks ! I said thank you and guy with dreads gives me a smug look and walks away without saying a word back .. like what!? Im the one who had to wait 5 minutes for my warm food to come out. After working close to 15 hrs and choosing this burger king for my first meal of the day (9:02PM) getting home and almost dying from a CHICKEN SANDWICH!!I will not return to this burger king or any other burgerking especially if I see the employees hanging almost looking like loitering in the parking lot ... NO THANK YOU !! prices are higher , food quality has gone way down and crappy employee's wanna get paid more for doing less . Work ethic is work ethic .. if you don't have it stay home . I will add photos of this poor excuse of a sandwich . Also if I wanted a small onion ring and fry I would've ordered one .. what a rip off

It's just like every other Burger King. This night they were short staffed and the crew was running around trying to keep up with orders. They did a good job.

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL restaurant I’ve ever been to! Driving home from Philadelphia I stop here I explained I wanted lettuce, tomato, cheese, and bacon as I do on every whopper I ever ordered. I got my food and drove home (I live 25 mins away) I get home to find EVERYTHING on my sandwich! So I called to have them refund me back they explain I can bring it back for another sandwich tonight or tomorrow. I’m not driving 50 minutes there and back to correct someone’s mistake! I then asked for the supervisor/manager on shift name they refused to tell me the supervisors name and repeatedly kept hanging up on me. God forbid they take accountability for their mistakes instead the hide like cowards! And these are the people who think they deserve $15 a hour but can’t even manage to make a simple sandwich right? I guess this restaurant has gotten desperate for staff and have no standards for how customers should be treated. GO ELSEWHERE WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ACTUALLY TAKEN SERIOUS!

Went to the Burger King about 615 tonight on 20 November everybody seems to be too overwhelmed with the drive-through and not worry about the customers upfront. Very poor customer service. Nobody had a smile and I’m pretty sure I’m not coming back to this Burger King our food was just thrown in the bag. It wasn’t right the place has poor management.

The manager here is unprofessional rude. I was avoided and ignored when I would call for her because of the long wait time she gave me the wrong food when I tried to call the store to let them know or try to fix it no one wanted to answer me. This was a really bad experience for me

Long wait for 2 sausage croissants with no egg or cheese and hash browns. There were no customers ahead of me. Finally got my food and the hashbrowns were cold.
Every single time I come here my food is wrong, handed to me over two times with the wrong items. The employees are rude and talk over you then get upset when say the food is incorrect. This is the closest Burger King to me and to EVERYTIME have my food handed to me incorrect is insane. Don’t recommend this store whatsoever.
