The women in the drive thru the last 5 times I have been there is extremely ignorant and rude, she does not care and makes sure you know it! Every time I order an iced coffee she is the only employee who makes it with granulated sugar instead of liquid. Which is extremely inconvenient as I prefer not to chew my drink. Also the food is terrible every time she is anywhere in the drive thru, the avocado toast is so hard you can’t bite it, the bagel minis are either burnt and hard as a rock as well or still cold! This women is single handledly destroying this Dunkin as I can see from previous reviews from multiple other people. I will be going inside at this location to speak with a manager asap, as I have recorded the food I got this morning and it is comical how bad it is. This is not the first time my morning has been ruined and this women needs to get fired she quite literally sucks!

Hit or miss.
They need a better managment the lady who seems to be lead manager is unpleasant to the crew which definitely affects customer service.

Issue:
I did not receive the correct food. The wrap was made with incorrect ingredients and did not match what was ordered in the app. This was the second consecutive day this occurred at the same location. The issue was not resolved by staff. Missing and incorrectly prepared food items are the reason for this review. It’s one thing if the service is slow for an accurate order but slow incorrectly prepared food is unacceptable. Asked for White Cheddar Cheese and was given Cheddar cheese. Paid for bacon and wasn’t given any bacon. When asked for a refund, advised to call Dunkin Mobile Customer Service which has a 35 minute wait time.

Additional Concerns

Beyond the incorrect food, the customer service at this location was consistently poor on both days. There was no greeting, no thank-you, no napkins provided, and the drive-thru service was slow and rude. Unfortunately, this reflects a pattern rather than a one-time issue.

I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, hash browns and iced coffee, only got 1 sandwich and food was cold, when I called the store they refused to make me another one, pretty much told me oh well your beat.. Never ordering anything from here again..

Food is good. Service is not. I have been numerous times and every time there is only 2 people working. Both are trying to run front, drive thru, and making the food/drinks. Expect a wait time each time you dine in, although workers are friendly.

This is supposed to be a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. The croissant is black and the dark brown grossness on top of the egg is supposed to be cheese. That’s not bacon! I can’t even find the bacon! It’s nasty burned cheese. I can’t believe they would actually serve this and expect someone to eat it!!! Not to mention they messed up our iced latte too. I would definitely avoid this Dunkin. I wouldn’t even give that sandwich to my dog!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Drive thru order was messed up. Went inside, and there were already 3 people in ahead of me waiting for their orders to be fixed. A 2 minute drive thru visit ended up being a half-hour ordeal. The sandwich that was missing was replaced, but cold, gross, and inedible. This place is horribly mismanaged, if managed at all. It does not even deserve 1 star, but unfortunately, I am unable to give less.

Came here for something quick before heading to the shore. BIG MISTAKE! It ended up being 25 mins and a total inconvenience we wish we avoided. I ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese toasted. Neither were toasted and hardly any cream cheese on them. I had family in another car behind us and they were missing sandwiches and had to go back in to get them. The employees slopped it together without even heating it, the cheese wasn’t melted and it was cold. And worst of all the sandwiches and bags smelled completely like stale nicotine smoke. Someone has to be smoking and handling the food without gloves. The smell was so strong!! So obviously at this point all the food was thrown out and money wasted. What an absolute disgrace of service and health standards, never again will I come here!! Department of health will be contacted. Gross 🤮

Trash on the floor, cant run the register. Cant properly take an order, prepare the order, cant communicate clearly. From start to finish a horrible experience. Worst dunkin yet and i travel the country and goto a different one nearly every day.
