Stopped by this Dunkin’ because the drive-thru line was ridiculously long, but honestly, the experience inside wasn’t much better. It took about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was waiting to order. Lately, Dunkin’ seems to be going downhill, and it’s hard to justify their prices—especially charging extra for non-dairy milk—when the quality is so poor.

I ordered a small hot coffee with oat milk, but somehow got charged for oatmeal. When I finally received my coffee, it was 70% oat milk and barely tasted like coffee. As for the hash browns, they were old, rock-solid, and inedible. When I asked for fresh ones, they just reheated the same ones, making them even worse. It wasn’t until the third try that I finally got fresh hash browns.

If I had gone through the drive-thru, I wouldn’t have caught any of these issues. Disappointing experience overall.

Typically all Dunkin’s are pretty close to the same do yourself a huge favor and avoid this one at all costs. They ignore you when you walk in and when something isn’t available they have no issues taking payment then looking at you when they can’t provide what you just paid for.

My family and I stopped at this location when traveling last weekend. The woman who took our order was very rude and you could tell she clearly did not want to be there. She had an accent and when we asked her to repeat what she said because she was talking with her back turned to us she seemed very annoyed. My mom and I ordered the same drink but you could see they were different shades and they did not taste the same. Luckily we do not live in the area so we wont accidentally go to this location again

I avoid this place like the plague. It's so sad that this is the closest dunkin to me, but I go out of my way out of town to avoid this one. Every once in a while, I'll try it again and reminded immediately why I avoid it.
Today I was in there for 18 minutes for an iced coffee and two donuts. I was the only one at the counter when I arrived. One man behind me left because it took 5 minutes to be acknowledged. I had to ask, Is anyone going to acknowledge I exist? The reason I know exactly how long I was in there is because I told my husband I'd call him right back as I walked in the door. And texted him that they still didn't approach me 5 minutes later and called him as exiting. So, there's no exaggerating.
There's only one girl who can apparently take orders, she was doing the counter and drive thru. I realize she's having a terrible day, but she's absolutely rude. It's not our fault she's understaffed or poorly staffed with individuals who cannot take orders (likely a language issue?).
She made my iced coffee and it was overflowing and a complete mess. It was so dark. I tried pouring some out so it wouldn't overflow more and stir it. No napkins in the lobby. Waited minutes for some. She gave me 3 napkins. I finally take a sip and it's awful. Way too dark. I ask for a new coffee after minutes again being ignored. I feel terrible but I want a drinkable coffee. I ask if she can remake me a coffee and she throws a fit trying to charge me for it??? I was handing her the old one. Not trying to keep it at all. I had to be firm and kinda rude to make her understand I'm not paying for it. I HATE being rude to service staff. I've been there but at a certain point you have to give them back what you're getting. At that point she had a line and the people behind me were just as vocal in the trash service happening.
It's experiences like this EVERY SINGLE TIME and this was just one of them.
Every single time I leave here I am infuriated and my blood pressure is through the roof. I will NEVER go back to this Dunkin again. I honestly hope they fail miserably compared to the others around so they can take a good, hard look at themselves and what they need to do to turn it around.
Today's incident was at 1015am on a Friday. Not even peak morning rush.
