Where to start? Unfortunately, I'm writing this review late (6 months after getting married). But in return for writing it late we have gotten so much feedback from all of our friends and family who attended our wedding. To this day people still bring up our wedding saying it was fantastic, the aesthetic, decorations, food, drinks, music, everything. Falls Manor venue was a dream come true. When my husband (Matt) and I started looking at venues we both agreed on one thing. How the heck were we going to afford all of this? Between the venue, DJ, photographer, videographer, etc. We looked at venues in NJ (where we live currently) and almost everything started at $200 dollars per plate per person with a minimum of 200 or more people. And although we always loved the idea of having a wedding and a party to celebrate and have fun with all of our friends and families, we couldn't justify spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a 1 day event. Then we found Falls Manor. They were literally a dream come true. The price was right, it included everything from the food, drinks, planning tools and more. They gave us options to choose for enhancements to add to our package. Some examples were 1 free dance lesson at the dance studio, a sparkler send off, and their treasure chest. Their treasure chest was and is the best thing for a venue to offer! It contains every decoration you can think of from table centerpieces to signage for the cocktail hour area. So Matt and I didn't need to spend any extra money on decorations that we would never use again. We probably saved at least a couple thousand dollars by not having to worry about that and the best part is the team at Falls Manor sets up everything for you so all you have to do is show up. They are all so organized and friendly. I can't tell you how many times I emailed Brian or Sonya, but I'm sure it was enough to get annoying at times. But every single time I emailed them they answered within a day they made everything so easy from the day we booked them to the day we got married and always answered all my questions that I had. The food was also phenomenal and not just cocktail hour. Most people when they talk about food from venues is that the cocktail hour was great but the dinner service was okay. We had been to a lot of weddings in 2023 and Falls Manor had the best food out of all of them cocktail hour, dinner and dessert. Almost all of the guests agreed as well. Most people told us that at other weddings they'd been to that year the food was not hot or it was dried out and that Falls Manor was the only one they had gone to that had neither. Which is one of the most important things for people is the food. It makes me so happy to hear that they do events for certain holidays like Valentine's Day and also have baby showers now because I would 110% go back in a heartbeat. If you are looking for a venue that is gorgeous and not going to cost you an arm and a leg per person this is the venue for you. I wish I could go back in time and relive the day over and over for how smoothly everything went and how good all the food, drinks, music, etc. was. I am giving this venue 3 stars because it was a pretty venue, and the GM was incredibly responsive and communicative about my questions. We had our wedding here in January 2023. We disliked our sitdown dinner: the meal was not what we tasted at our food tasting. It was completely different at the wedding and not fully cooked!During the cocktail hour, our host brought appetizers to the bridal suite but nowhere near enough food for anyone. Despite requesting more, we barely had anything brought to taste. I left at the end of the night starving and went to Wawa immediately. The food was clearly a fail. but we used their photographer and bakery and they were fine.Another issue we complained numerous times to the GM about was the dj. The DJ told us during our virtual meeting that the venue would play music during our cocktail hour and that "he didn't know who we should talk to to figure that out." The day of the event, the DJ couldn't be bothered to play the songs from our playlist we requested.During our final meeting , the owner had to call the dj, and we heard him start to complain so loudly that Sonja, the owner, had to turn the volume down on her phone so we couldn't hear. At the final meeting, we're told the opposite by Sonja. Very unprofessional.If you don't need to have any changes from their wedding bundle offering, the venue is great. If you don't care about the music, it's also great.I don't recommend doing their sit-down dinner. Sonja acted like the bride and groom having different salads was too confusing for their kitchen staff. [She told us they weren't a restaurant.] Also, the one salad change was to a different dressing because of a food allergy.The person who we met with when we signed the contract to book the venue told us our meals being different than other guests wouldn't be a problem. That accommodating attitude changed significantly after the contract was signed. LThe bride(me)and my husband were truly disappointed in the food. I didn't touch my food after the first bite because it was raw.I would recommend that other couples do their research before signing a contract for their wedding package because after that, the level of cooperation you'll get from the venue or vendors will change dramatically.

First & foremost WOW! My wedding that I have dreamt about all my life finally was here to start planning. I had so much in mind of what we wanted to do and all the things I wanted in place to make our day perfect. I am a busy girl and also very organized. I like things a certain way of course and when it came to Falls Manor they understood. They have been amazing in every way. From start to finish with planning. To the amount of items I brought to the venue for the day of my wedding. They have treated us with the utmost respect and love. They made sure that everything I wanted and planned for was in place with their own touch of love to add just to make it that much better. I walked into Falls Manor on a cold rainy day just looking to see where we wanted to have our big day, not knowing when you walk in there it's just magic. I turned to my fiancé and said (hey we can hear them out and see what they are offering but no matter what it costs or what they dont have im having it here) Needless to say I fell head over heels with this place from the moment I walked in the door. From that day on my feelings never changed from Sonya to Brian they are PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!! They have made our planning so easy. If I would have known Falls Manor was this amazing inside and out with the staff they have as well I would have planned my wedding so much sooner. Once we got to our big day we felt beyond loved. We walked in the hall feeling like royalty in everyday. I have to say being the bride I truly felt like a real life queen. They made me feel like the most beautiful bride in the world. My stomach was never empty nor was my glass. The food and drinks were unbelievably amazing. Im still getting messages and phone calls about how gorgeous our venue was as well as the food and the service provided. They waited on us hand and foot with out missing a beat or a smile. I could go on and on about Falls Manor and all the people that work there. Truly the greatest wedding experience I could have ever dreamed about. My wedding was absolutely perfect in everyday!!!!!! Falls Manor is everything you are looking for! The entire Falls Manor team was kind, attentive, and extremely lovely! Sonya is there for questions 24/7. Everyday leading up to the wedding she’s there to make sure all your dreams come to life. Brian handled our food tasting & rehearsal and made it so fun for us. Trish, Andy, & Tiffany were all our point of contacts the day of the wedding and they executed seamlessly. Everyone was so wonderful to our bridal party, family, and guests! Besides the amazing prices and beautiful view at Falls Manor, we ended up choosing them because they had a “Wedding in a box” deal that included all the vendors in one. The photographer, DJ, photo booth, and bakery were all organized and extremely easy to work with. We just got our sneak peak photos back from the day and they are stunning! Maria knows all the best places to take photos at Falls Manor and we can’t wait to get the rest of the photos back. Omar the DJ kept our guest dancing the whole night and went with our day of suggestions on the fly! You can’t go wrong with Falls Manor! It was the most stress-free decision we could have made and are so sad the day is over! Thank you to the entire Falls Manor team for making our vision come to life!!

Went here for a sneaker ball the space was a very beautiful space. The waitstaff for the event were attentive and personable. I didn't care for the meal as the vegetables were bland and potatoes unseasoned. I didn't have any meat, but others at my table specified the chicken for the chicken Parmesan was dry and the roast beef very tough.

The all-inclusive packages they offer take all the stress out of wedding planning, leaving couples free to enjoy the process to the fullest. The in-house decorations are not just cute; they're absolutely charming and add a touch of magic to every wedding. The venue photographs so well, with plenty of photo ops on-site and at nearby parks.One of the things that truly sets Falls Manor apart is the attention to detail and the personalized touch they bring to each wedding. As you can see from the photos of various weddings, they are very consistent in the way they decorate the Manor, but each wedding is also highly unique to the couple at the same time.And let's not forget about the food! Every dish at cocktail hour, every meal for dinner, and all the dessert options are consistently delicious, leaving guests very pleased with the experience.This venue is truly one of a kind and has stood the test of time! This place was stunning! They have so much for great prices. The maître Dee was so helpful and quick and responsive. Everything turned out so beautifully. We have people still talking about our wedding and it was about two years ago. This is a must place to book your wedding. The best part was no rugs anywhere, and I have been to multiple weddings, and you can always smell how bad the rugs are or how they look so faded.

Wedding Date: September 15, 2023. Package purchased: Platinum Wedding Package.At a first glance falls manor appears to be a beautiful venue with an aesthetically pleasing modern look. During my initial meeting with Sonya a year before the wedding she sold my husband and I the Platinum package which is an all inclusive package with the photographer, DJ and cake. Truth be told, we were very excited and felt like we could trust the venue with their recommendations on the vendors. Additionally, the wedding reviews were amazing. Falls Manor provides you with a treasure chest for decor, they will decorate the venue according to the decorations you select and they had very good bartenders/ servers. While all this sounds great PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THE ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE. While their cake vendor (Desserts by Design) was AMAZING the PHOTOGRAPHER and DJ were not. The photographer and DJ are a major part of your special day and using the photographer and DJ falls manor recommends is not a smart choice. Despite the bad experience being caused by the vendors I am leaving this review on Falls manor as these are the in-house vendors they recommend and I don't want any other couples to experience what we experienced. Your wedding should be a magical day. My husband and I paid a lot of money and not one has done anything to make up for ruining moments of a special day. It's like they got paid so they don't care. Falls manor is a beautiful venue but beware of these vendors.Experience with DJ (Miguel Lebron Productions): Prior to the wedding the DJ had us create a list of songs that we wanted to play at our wedding. My husband even linked it to Spotify. During the meeting with the owner of Lebron Productions he told my husband and I that the bride and groom are welcome to request songs and change songs. However, day of the wedding when I (the bride) requested songs the DJ would say NO and gave my husband and I an attitude. At the end of the wedding when the owner asked how the night went I broke down in tears and explained what had happened. The owner of the company did nothing and to add insult to injury stated that he typically DJ's at school Parties. Additionally, they were supposed to follow up with my husband and I and never did. It has now been 2 months and still no contact from the Owner. DO NOT USE THEM. NOT RECOMMENDEDExperience with Photographer (Pro Photo by MK): When the photographer arrived at the suit she was not dressed properly for a wedding. The photographer wore sneakers, black jeans and a T-shirt. Upon arrival the photographer came in super strong/ aggressive, demanding an itinerary and telling the bride and every one in the room where to be. As a result the bride had to express to the photographer that she was making her uncomfortable and anxious. During hair and make-up the photographer began turning the lights on and off “in order to photograph the accessories” resulting in hair and makeup taking longer than expected and making us late. When it came time to do the pictures in the hotel with my bridesmaids. The Photographer continued to rush me and did not let me remove the pins out of my hair. As the day continued the Photographer did not ease up and continued to cause anxiety throughout the wedding. While some pictures were nice, others were below my expectations for her behavior (i.e. cloud dance pictures: which did not capture the moment and mainly captured my guest) At about an hour left of the wedding the photographer attempted to charge us an additional $300 claiming she did not have sufficient pictures. Bride then told the Photographer that she was not being paid an additional $300 and ensured whatever needed to be captured were captured. Throughout the wedding day the photographer and the venue often bickered and conflicted with the instructions they provided the bride and groom. OVERALL DO NOT RECOMMEND.
