Hi Chanel Wiggins,During the time that you called to place your order, we were very busy and was waiting on the phone to end so we could attend to the customers in the store. We had to hang up so we could keep business moving and not have people stuck waiting on the call. There were several people waiting to use their card, but the phone line has the same connection as the machine, so people were waiting on the call to end and there were also several people in the store waiting...

Myself and my partner have been going to this place for 5 years! It never fails to amaze us, I try something different everytime and its always amazing. I do go for the same sides though like dumplings and the chicken wings. The staff are always super friendly and really helpful if the uber or just eats app plays up which it sometimes does. It's a long wait but it's 100% worth the wait :)
