Everything was great except for the service. We were seated and they placed a bottle of water on the table when we sat down there were no cups and we were passed by the waiters and waitresses many times in 30 minutes before anyone even came to bring us cups to drink the water or to even greet us and take appetizer orders or drink orders. If we didn't flag down one of the weight staff, I don't know how long it would've actually taken. But we had to flag them down after sitting for 30 minutes. Once we finally received service, everything was pretty solid.

Always great food and service at Itri. Cheese board is always a god choice because it's different every time you go. Pizza is great. And drinks are good too. Love the espresso martini.

Sat outside. Inside it was like a refrigerator. They had the AC cranked so high we wouldn't want ti sit inside. While outside several patrons coming out complained about that it was so cold. I understand to keep it on the cool side for the servers and staff, but come on!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience! But I wanted a friend to peak at the speakeasy ! The hostess was quite curt, and it was her tone not her words that made me think twice ! I have been to the bar, the restaurant and the speakeasy, I found them lovely! I just would have like a better response than “ You can come back next time and see it in person” I will try not to engage with that hostess in the future! But keep up the great work on the food and the experience!

Been to Itri on a few occasions...always get the truffle fries along with the Detroit style pizza with sausage...outstanding!!! Excellent service and drinks.

Love me a brick oven pie - but ours was burnt I mean burnt burnt - I wouldn't normally review but the attitude we received when we said something was so off putting - we won't be returning. I believe the pie was so burnt because it was a pie that had been sitting and they choose to heat up - hard to understand how a pie is burnt and cold and the same time - when it was delivered in minutes I may add so....

The pizza is always a great choice. The beet salad is extraordinary. Definitely don't miss the roasted brussel sprouts. Service was very attentive and friendly. Bartender was awesome. ♥️

We had a wonderful lunch at Itri! The food was delicious. The blueberry iced tea was amazing. Our server was attentive but not overbearing. Will definitely be returning!

I don't know how they do it, but the cheesesteak sandwich is amazingly delicious, from the roll, to the steak and the yummy cheese. Hands down my favorite. And the Brussels sprouts never disappoint either. Thanks for the great meal. We'll definitely be back.
