I was there Monday night to grab a quick dinner and I was appalled by the arguing heard from the front of the restaurant between a manager and another worker. The manager handled himself in such an amazing manner while the other worker was acting like a trashy brat. She was being so disrespectful towards the manager and was heard throughout the entire place. What happened to professionalism?

This was my favorite McD's until recently when the service dropped off drastically. For my last two visits, there was a long line, and I waited an inordinate amount of time to get my order. The workers were confused about the orders. I had to explain multiple times what my order was. The early crew seems to be excellent. My issues have occurred on the weekend and late afternoon shifts.

Bad service here on pickup orders. Waited 25 minutes for 2 happy meals. They missed the bbq sauce. So when I went back in the manager was busy handing out workers paychecks right at the register instead of helping the 6 people waiting for there orders.

If service can be any worse, I've been lucky enough not to encounter it. Wednesday, about 7:40pm maybe, whomever the folks working were, maybe coach them up on listening to an order, actually being at the 1st window where youre supposed to pay, fixing the order when you are told you have it wrong, coming to the 2nd window within 10 actual mins just to maybe even acknowledge the customer before providing the wrong food. Regardless, I enjoyed the 4lbs of salt on the fries and the wrong drink. Next time I'll just take it further down the road.
Usually McDonald’s is my go to. NOT ANYMORE! To be completely honest the service here sucks. Spending a whopping $61 on 1 order from DoorDash to buy a total of 12 items shouldn’t be that difficult. The food was good, but the service was poor. Spending around 10$ on 4 hash brown and not getting a single one was super disappointing. I really looked forward to taking a bite out of my BEC McGriddle and then chomping on a hash brown. Instead I couldn’t find a single one. Poor poor service Mr McDonald’s Manager. I work 2 minutes away from your building and you couldn’t even deliver to me. Instead the poor DoorDash lady had to come back to your store and bring me the missing piece to the puzzle. How dare you! My day is ruined. I don’t think I can ever eat food ever again😕

Ordered Steak McMuffin today... most greasy food item I ever ATTEMPTED to eat (in fact could not eat it). Muffin and wrapper were soaked. This operation should be ashamed for selling such an item. What a waste of money and time. Will not be back!

don’t bother adding or removing anything from your meal since they never seem to get it right no matter the time of day. missing all of the additions on my order and all the condiments (which all cost extra on the app.) ordered ahead of time on the app and arrived 20 later to find they haven’t made anything yet, and not to mention the horrible presentation.
edit- this mcdonald’s location is ONLY worth visiting if the owners, the Nelsons, are on sight. any other time the service is poor.

This negative review would be entirely too long. but I'll keep it short and simple, have to go there for any reason never go at night time they have an extremely limited menu, they more than likely will get your drive-through order wrong, The food is usually cold and missing ingredients, and takes entirely too long for a drive-through order I stopped going there.
