I reported tough, grizzly steak. I didn't mind spending $35.00 for a good steak but not for one that you can't eat. I asked to speak with a manager who said: Well that's the way steaks are; you should have called me earlier. Like I had eaten most of it. I had barely eaten any of it. He offered free dessert. DESSERT? We hadn't had a meal! Be very careful around this place.

The lady with the short cut was very RACIST AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS DISGUSTING because we were colored black people she was very ignorant if you are with color i recommend you do not come here the service is terrible and unprofessional.

I stopped in for lunch and ordered a shrimp salad wrap. It arrived as a hot pannini with grille marks. I was expecting a cold shrimp salad wrap but decided to keep it. It tasted different to me but didn't have a "bad" taste so I ate 3/4 of the sandwich. At the end, some of the shrimp salad spilled onto my plate and I noticed small white cubes resembling tofu so I questioned the waiter who checked with the chef. I was told it was imitation crab meat. The sandwich description was shrimp salad with tomatoes and lettuce. I have severe food allergies and cannot eat such things. I politely requested that the charge be waived since several things went wrong, one being very serious. As we speak, I am feeling very ill from this. The owner/management refused to waive the charge. They were unpleasant and demanded that I pay. This is unacceptable and disgraceful management for a local diner.

I was there yesterday with my daughter and our waitress had short hair was loud talking was rude and obnoxious and made nasty comments about me to other customers. I will never go there again the price wasn’t even worth it the food wasn’t that great. She needs to be fired or you’ll lose more customers

I found plastic in my eggs. The rotund man at the counter told me it was part of the egg!! Then he threatened to call the police on me if I didn't pay!!! I gave him a twenty and told him," he obviously needed it more than I did. Never again...SMH!!

Amazing service. Our waitress was the sweetest lady in the world. The owner let me and my friends play a board game for hours here. He is a good man and likes to see people happy. I will happily spend money here. We will be back soon!
My son wanted to eat at a diner for his 8th Birthday. He ordered chicken strips fries and a “Fancy” steak. The waiter was very patient with him trying to figure out what kind of “fancy” steak to order. At the end of our meal the staff surprised him with icecream and a candle and sang happy birthday to him. A very pleasant surprise. It made his night and put a big smile on his face. It’s his new favorite place.

I hardly do take put here any more because charge a 10% surcharge for them to pack your order. I believe to make sure they get a tip. BUT would be nice that the person could do their job. I SHOULD NOT have to tell them what meal comes with.... AND THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO PACK IT CORRECTLY BY GIVING CORRECT SOUP AND NOT FORGETTING TO PUT SIDES IN.
