My son loves this place. Great people and always great laughs when visiting. There was a mishap and nowadays mishaps turns into poor customer service. To not be ignored is a blessing and that's what you call GREAT customer service! My family and I will continue visiting Radcliffe Cafe when we can. Thanks Steve for not ignoring us that means a lot in 2024.
Food is awesome and nearly everyone who works there is super nice. Don’t have Katie as your waitress. She lacked warmth or a ton of attention to her tables. Didn’t greet us when we came in, just looked at us until we asked if we could seat ourselves. Kinda threw the menus down and didn’t have much to say. Otherwise, the food is spectacular and the coffee is hot! Also the other workers were great. The one guy was friendly and cleaned our table up immediately.
This place was absolutely amazing. I have been there several times before but my wife it was her first time. I heard it's under new ownership and was a little worried but there was an older gentlemen ,with a great sense of humor ,there who greeted us and got us coffee I assume he may be new owner he also checked with us after we ate to see how the food was said he started prepping the food at 2am.
