Best ice cream in town. My kids love ,love this place.

I came here for their extensive sundae menu. It was a Friday evening and there was only one girl working the counter. I did feel bad for her since she seemed overwhelmed and stressed, constantly sighing. I ordered the Dusty Road sundae and by the time I left, I noticed I was missing caramel and the malt powder. So, it was just soft serve vanilla with hot fudge, whipped cream and a cherry. It was a bit disappointing as that's not what I ordered. But considering that there was a line behind me and my ice cream was melting, I wasn't going to go back in. I think I'll stick to gelato next time.

We liked this place for the vibe & the server was so pleasant & eager to help each customer.
We agreed my blueberry water ice tasted fake, like HFCS or whatever. My partner's milkshake was legit yummy though. 50/50 chance you'll get something good!
Prices are a bit steep. I guess we can stand to go twice a season without breaking the bank.

Not impressed with the new staff. We went for some late night ice cream as we have many times before, only to be disappointed. We walked in about 20 minutes before close and after the large group in front of us ordered sundaes and milkshakes , they very rudely informed us they couldn’t do anything but scoop some hard ice cream.

First time visit. Was walking around and was surprised this ice cream shop was still open at 9:30p.m. Got greeted, loved the customer service and the ice cream was great too but when seating down we noticed the tables were extremely wobbly. Dropped my ice cream. Hope this can get to someone and hope to try the ice cream again.

Stopped in on Friday night. It was busy but the young lady working was amazing. She was all smiles and not a bit overwhelmed by the crowd. The ice cream was delicious and the games on every table kept the kids entertained, and off their phones. Highly recommend!!

Amanda was amazing. She was all alone working and it was very busy. She handled it like a pro. Not only did she do her job very well but she did it with joy! She made our experiences great and exceeded our expectations! Thank you Amanda! You should get a bonus for working alone on a busy night!

Left without being served. Waited at the counter for several minutes. The girl was on her phone and did not acknowledge us. While we were waiting we observed another girl scooping ice cream and her long hair was hanging down into the ice cream case while she scooped. Unprofessional and unsanitary.

We were so impressed by Amanda, who worked alone tonight ( Sunday 6/8), she got our orders correct but remained collected and professional while consistently busy with a line. She even walked my son’s ice cream with his crown to him! 10/10 service, vibes and composure!! give that girl a raise
This place never disappoints. It's a small shop with big personality in a lovely area. I usually come for the pineapple whip but I also enjoy the water ice. My husband usually gets some kind of Sundae which he hasn't found one he doesn't like yet. My only desire would be for better parking for in and out to-go orders but there is a parking lot for the whole area around the corner if you can't find street parking.

We stopped in for ice cream for my birthday and checked to make sure they had dairy free ice cream on the menu. After everyone in my family ordered, I orders my dairy free ice cream only to find out they don’t have any. We would have gone somewhere else but had already ordered and the kids were looking forward to it. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their ice cream.
