Wanted to sit down and enjoy a meal at 8:15 in the morning and the doors are still closed. Looks like they don't open till 9:00 in the morning. So I decided to go to McDonald's and give them my business so I can sit down and enjoy the meal and use the bathroom and wash my hands. This was not good service in my opinion. More like inconvenience.

They gave my 5yr old a sour tasting strawberry milkshake!! Tried calling multiple times for 2hrs and line was busy!! I sure hope my kid doesn't get sick tonight!! Ended up calling customer service. Hopefully they can figure out how to get through to them so nobody else gets sick!! Horrible!!

If I could give a negative 5 I would, how difficult is it to not put lettuce on a cheeseburger? Well for these ppl it’s a difficult task to comprehend! The place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, employee hygiene is low it’s safe to say I will not do business there anymore and recommend others do the same!

Me and my buddy went in I ordered spicy nuggets they had none they switched my order to normal nuggets they gave me baconator fries with no cheese and my buddy ordered a baconator plain just cheese and bacon and it looked like they put extra everything on that sandwich I mean the mayo was busting out the sides and they completely forgot his nuggets he also got a frosty it that you could throw through the window of a car with how frozen it was the straw wouldn’t even go in the drink

Horrible one of the most horrible Wendy’s I ever been too. This location opens and closes whenever it pleases rather then the posted hours of service. You can still make a mobile order and go to the restaurant with no one in it. Your fries will almost never be hot and fresh, they will be stale or refried fries. I got a large Coke Zero one day it tasted like seltzer water and was already far from the restaurant, just wasted. Check your baconators as they are supposed include 6 strips of bacon three on top three on the middle, this Wendy’s location will put 2 little pieces on top and give it to you like that, because they don’t care and you will probably open your sandwich at home. If you can just go the Wendy’s on Street Rd in Bensalem if you don’t want any headaches trying to get your food and AVOID the Veterans Hwy Wendy’s at all costs! They demonstrate time and time again that do not care about your service!

Order a Baconator was terrible patty looked like it was sitting there all day only got 1 patty and 3 pieces of burnt bacon How can you serve food you wouldnt eat i returned it and got my money back wont go to that wendys again . Its crazy how it looks on the commercisl and what they try and serve you
