Giving one star only because it won't let me give zero stars. The last three times my family has ordered from here, we've had to wait 1.5-2 hours for our order to be delivered, our food has been cold, and the only form of resolution offered whenever we've called to ask where our order was or to tell them that it was cold when delivered was "Oops! Sorry!" When I left this same review on their Facebook page (during business hours) it was removed and the ability to comment on posts had been turned off within minutes. If they have time to play on Facebook, they have time to do their actual jobs. And if they don't like poor reviews, then they need to improve their product and service. Save yourself the time and money and just go to Paesano's where their food and service have always been outstanding!

This used to be my girlfriend and I's favorite restaurant by far, we would stop in quite frequently. Recently, the place was purchased and new owners started changing the business for the worse, in our opinions. The music went from soft/yacht rock classics to classical piano versions of popular pop songs. It used to have decorations relating to the history of glass production in the area, but now has nature paintings and statues. We used to be greeted warmly and as regulars, and the waiters/waitresses would even remember our orders and put them in (with specific details, such as light sauce on pasta) as we were sitting down. Now, it takes minutes to even get a menu on the table, and minutes to get someone to take your order. The service is extremely infrequent, and we once even had to pour our own drinks after waiting fifteen minutes without anyone checking on us. The food quality has remained as of now, and there is even a new build-your-own pasta menu that was a very welcome addition. I really, really hope the food stays as classic Glass-town food, as I can confidently say that the rest has been nearly ruined.

They go out of their way to make your food the way you want itParking: There is a parking lot behind the building you can park in or the one on the side and there's a couple of spaces in front and they even have a handycap parking spaceDietary restrictions: They put garlic sauce on my chicken bacon ranch pizza for me ,cause I can't have the Ranch and bacon ...And for my sandwich's they always let me use oil and vinegar instead of the dressing that comes with it
