I stopped there today about 11:30 a.m. . And no I didn't eat. The parking lot was a mess. All the trash cans outside were full. Not a soul in the place. And lemons there was lemons all over the parking lot. I went in to use the bathroom. It was a disgusting mess. I'm not eating there! Oh and the tables were dirty. Again not a soul in there. No customers. Employees standing around doing nothing.

Food was absolutely awful. Fries were cold and very old. My Dr Pepper was flat. I prefer going to the Dubois one foods always excellent over there but I live closer to the Brockway one.

Food wasn't fresh, Guest area was unsanitary, and a short woman with blonde hair stepped out and was complaining about people in the lobby needing stuff. There was only two tables that had customers. As much as I can relate to being understaffed, I find it rude to get annoyed at a few teenagers for coming to get food, at a food place. Inappropriate conversations could be overheard from the lobby.

I went through the drive thru and was extremely confused. This was my first time going to this location and there were no signs stating where to place my order. I drove up to the first window, but no one was there. I drove back around the building in case I missed the speaker or a sign. Finally pulled up to the first window again and waited for a moment. Finally, someone walked back. I asked if I was at the correct spot to order and he said yes. Staff was friendly, food was good. I would recommend putting signs to guide people, even one in the window that says, “order here.”

Even with a building renovation, this McDonald's still sucks. You have several crew members in there "working", and they still can not deliver efficient food service. What a joke this location has become.
